Bhagya Lakshmi 9th January 2024 Written Update Lakshmi’s heroic act. Virendra arrives to see Neelam and she asks when he got there. He mentions it was while she was thinking of him. She then inquires about the conference and he predicts a good growth in the business. Neelam expresses concern about handling the pressure, but Virendra reassures her that Rishi and Ayush can handle it. However, Neelam points out that Rishi’s attention is currently occupied by Lakshmi. Seeing this, Lakshmi suggests that Rishi take a break, but he struggles to sit on the swing and Lakshmi laughs. He steps away to take a call and Virendra notes that Lakshmi is Rishi’s strength.
He encourages Neelam to accept Lakshmi wholeheartedly as it would make Rishi very happy. Meanwhile, Lakshmi observes a man selling peanuts to a girl and kissing her on the cheek while touching her waist, which she deems inappropriate. She intervenes and pulls the girl away from the man. Sweety’s mother approaches Lakshmi and reproaches her for attempting to harm her daughter, even raising her hand towards Lakshmi. Rishi intervenes. Neelam tells Mukesh she will cook all of Rishi’s favorite dishes today.
Karishma compliments Neelam’s cooking and praises Rishi for having such a loving mother. Harleen asks Virendra what he said to Neelam that made her cook for Rishi. Virendra explains that he simply suggested Neelam accept Lakshmi wholeheartedly, knowing it would make Rishi happy. Upon hearing this, Harleen is delighted. Malishka confides in Sonal about her scheme. Rishi speaks up and asks Sweety’s mum not to raise her hand at Lakshmi. Sweety’s mum complains to Rishi about Lakshmi’s behavior.
Lakshmi reports to Rishi that the man is behaving inappropriately towards Sweety. She tells him that he has been kissing her without consent. The man denies these allegations, but Rishi takes action and physically reprimands him for his indecent behavior towards the little girl. Asking Sweety to share her experience, she reveals that the man kisses her and gives her free peanuts daily. Rishi is infuriated and attacks the man, eventually calling for security to intervene. Meanwhile, Sweety’s mother gives the man a well-deserved slap for his misconduct towards her daughter. The security then takes the offender away.
Sweety’s mother expresses gratitude to Rishi and Lakshmi for rescuing her daughter. Lakshmi shares how she has experienced unwanted touching in the past, but thanks to Rishi, she now understands the difference between good touch and bad touch. The crowd applauds Lakshmi’s bravery. Sweety then invites Lakshmi to play with her. Sweety also admires Rishi for standing by his wife despite her mental illness.
