YRKKH 13th January 2024 Written Update Abhira’s dreams. Kaveri isn’t ready to accept the upcoming changes in the family. She declares that no girl from the family will do a job. Krish and Charu get upset. Vidya asks Armaan to stop insulting Kaveri. Armaan says that he wants to support Charu. She asks him why is he questioning the family when he did it before. She blames Abhira for brainwashing him. She misunderstands Armaan and Abhira. Charu gets inconsolable. Ruhi goes to Charu and asks her to try coloring to lessen stress. She shares her childhood tales with Charu. Charu asks her if she has any cousins. Ruhi gets reminded of Abhir. Abhira tells Armaan that his family never understands any logic, and finds a way to blame her. Armaan silently bears the taunts. She asks him to say something.
He asks her to calm down. She demands a thank you from him. He refuses to say. She gets kiddish. She tells him that she has to fill out a form, but Kaveri will not let her practice law. She asks what will they do. Armaan assures that he will handle his family. Abhira reminds his promise. She says that she will choose her mum’s dream over his family. Ruhi finds them in a close embrace and gets upset. Armaan asks Abhira not to initiate a battle. Abhira knows Kaveri hates her and she has to fight the family if she wants to make her career. Ruhi regrets that things will get worse if Armaan supports Abhira’s career.
Armaan tells Abhira that he will convince Kaveri. She says that she married him just for the sake of her studies. She can’t leave her studies. She asks him to speak to Kaveri. He says that they will talk to Kaveri later. She feels his family is filled with drama. She doesn’t think Armaan can keep her responsibility. He stops her from going to Kaveri, which may cause more problems. Later, Kaveri informs the family about an NGO event. She wants Ruhi to accompany her. Ruhi refuses. Kaveri says that Ruhi is talented and she should come. Ruhi turns dizzy. Abhira and Armaan rush to help Ruhi. She asks Ruhi to take care of herself and eat food on time. She is hurt by Dadi’s taunts. She goes to the kitchen and prepares food for herself.
Armaan consoles Abhira. He assures that he will speak to Kaveri. Aryan requests Armaan to play a game of cards with them. Ruhi and Armaan remain in the game till the end. Armaan doesn’t want Ruhi to lose. He lies to them that Ruhi has won. He cheers up Ruhi. He sees her smiling after a long time. Ruhi checks Armaan’s cards and realizes that he chose to lose to make her win. She asks him why he loses. He says that he is ready to lose if it brings a smile to her face. She likes his gesture. Goenkas get Poddar’s invite for Makar Sankranti. Surekha is upset with Poddars. Abhira shows Kaveri’s interview posted on social media. The family asks Kaveri to throw a party. Kaveri gives them gifts. Abhira wants to ask Kaveri to support her studies. She takes Kaveri’s promise and asks her to let her practice law. Kaveri refuses.
