GHKKPM 21st January 2024 Written Update Upsetting News. Ishaan takes Savi to the temple and forcefully marries her to keep his promise to Harini. Reeva breaks her mangalsutra at the same time and realizes the bad omen. Ishaan has tears in his eyes while taking the big step. Kiran witnesses their marriage and turns angry. He realizes that Ishaan has failed all his plans. Reeva picks the broken Mangalsutra beads. Surekha and Swati get worried for Reeva. Ishaan takes the wedding rounds with Savi. Pandit shows the video and says that Ishaan and Savi got married in the same mahurat as Vittal and Rukmani got married. He blesses their marriage to always stay strong.
Harini passes away. Savi rushes back to the hospital and meets Harini. She asks Harini to get up and speak to her when she has fulfilled her last wish. The doctor reveals Harini’s time of death and shocks Savi. Savi learns that Harini is no more. She shatters after losing her only family member. Ishaan returns home and finds the entire family waiting. Surekha enquires about his injury. Ishaan decides to tell them about his wedding and apologize to Reeva. Reeva learns the shocking truth of Ishaan and Savi’s marriage.

Ishaan takes Prasad’s sweets and also the Pandit’s blessings. Savi gets angered and goes away from there. Ishaan asks Savi to stop. Swati asks Reeva to apologize to Bappa and pray, instead of getting worried. Reeva apologizes to Surekha for her unintentional mistake. Swati says that they will make a new one for her. Surekha asks Reeva not to worry. Savi rushes to the hospital to meet Harini. Harini’s pulse suddenly drops. She passes away before Savi reaches her. The doctor and the nurse stand still, while Savi comes there and urges Harini to get up for her sake.
She asks Harini to see the sindoor and mangalsutra on her neck. She says that she got married to keep Harini’s wish. Ishaan reaches there and finds Harini dead. Savi tells her that she can’t live without her. She is devastated by Harini’s death. She says that she will do anything as Harini says. The doctor tells Savi that Harini is dead. Savi hugs Harini and weeps. Ishaan sees the pulse getting normal. He shouts to call the doctor. He says that Harini is alive. He asks the doctor to check Harini. The doctor checks Harini and calls it a miracle. He tells them that her heartbeat is running, she is okay and she has been revived because of Savi. Savi hugs Harini happily. Ishaan also tries to get rid of his guilt.
Yashwant tells Reeva that the mangalsutra will be fixed within two hours. He promises her. He asks Reeva not to worry. Everyone cheers up Reeva. Reeva doesn’t understand how the mangalsutra broke. She worries about the bad omen. Surekha is equally worried. They pray that everything gets okay. Ishaan is afraid to tell about his wedding to the family.
The doctor tells Ishaan that Harini is stable, but not out of danger, he will try his best to save her life. He asks Ishaan to go and get the medicines. Savi attends Harini and gets emotional thinking of her marriage with Ishaan. Ishaan buys the medicines. Yashwant calls him and asks him to come home quickly. Ishaan makes an excuse. Yashwant summons him. Ishaan wonders what will he tell to his family. Savi meets her friends who enquire about the sindoor in her hairline. She hides the mangalsutra. Her friends feel sorry for Savi, who lost her family. They question her if she has got married.
They see the mangalsutra too. Savi gets stressed and speechless. They don’t think Savi can marry someone by leaving her dreams. They say that they would be glad for her if she got married. They ask if she married Ishaan. Savi gets tense. Preeti sees Ishaan behind and takes his name, while Savi thinks about how they know about Ishaan and her marriage. Ishaan gets the medicines. They tell that they have come to see Harini and give notes to Savi. They ask Savi to attend the extra classes. They ask Ishaan what is he doing in the hospital. Ishaan is also speechless. Savi lies that Ishaan has come to see Harini and help her. She says that Harini is alive only because of Ishaan.
