Reeva is anxious about her Mangalsutra potentially breaking, but the Bhosle family reassures her that it’s a common occurrence in marriages and shares some examples. However, Reeva sees it as a bad omen and confides in Surekha. To alleviate her worries, Surekha takes Reeva to pray to God for a smooth marriage ahead. Meanwhile, Ishaan grapples with how to reveal the truth about his marriage to Savi. Just then, the doctor calls him and updates them on Harini’s stable condition but uncertain recovery timeline.
Ishaan asks about her chances of getting better soon, but the doctor cannot guarantee anything. He prescribes some medication and Ishaan and Savi leave to get it. Yashwant urges Ishaan to return home immediately. Ishaan explains that his car needs repair and he has taken it to a mechanic. Yashwant then requests that Ishaan leave the car with the driver and join them at home. Agreeing, Ishaan complies with Yashwant’s request. Meanwhile, Savi’s acquaintances visit her to inquire about Harini’s well-being. Upon noticing Savi wearing a Mangalsutra and sindoor in her maang, they congratulate her under the assumption that she has gotten married. Curious about Ishaan’s presence, they question Savi about it, prompting her to fabricate an excuse.

Savi informs Ishaan that she will continue to wear her Sindoor and Mangalsutra in front of Harini until she recovers. She reiterates that this will be their temporary arrangement until Harini’s health improves. Savi also reminds Ishaan of their marriage and clarifies that their feelings for each other have not changed. She says that their marriage is just a compromise done to save Harini, and they shall not treat it as a real marriage. She adds that Ishaan and she don’t love each other.
She wants Ishaan to stick to the facts rather than the arrangement formed helplessly. She asks him to just act as her husband in front of Harini. She feels the marriage isn’t right for both of them and once Harini gets stable, they will tell her the truth and explain to her the need for the drama. She wants to remind Harini about her family’s dreams of seeing her as an IAS officer. Savi aims to pursue her dreams. She wants Ishaan’s support. Ishaan readily agrees. The nurse checks in with Ishaan and asks if he brought the injection, which he affirms before handing it over and leaving. Savi expresses her gratitude to her friends for coming but politely requests that they depart. They oblige and exit. Ishaan recalls the awkwardness of Savi’s friends questioning his presence and admits that he was unsure how to respond. Savi interrupts to clarify that she knows exactly what to tell them – that their marriage was only for Harini’s sake and now holds no significance. She acknowledges that she means nothing to him, but is grateful nonetheless for his help.
Ishaan considers confessing the truth about being responsible for her family’s death but ultimately hesitates after remembering Harini’s plea for silence. Savi reassures Ishaan that she will pretend to be his wife until Harini’s health improves. However, once Harini recovers, Savi plans to reveal the truth and remind her of her dream to become an IAS officer. She urges Ishaan to keep their arrangement a secret. However, Ishaan insists on telling his family about their marriage. Savi questions why he wants to complicate things, but ultimately respects his decision. She emphasizes that their marriage holds no significance to her. Just then, Ishaan receives a call from Surekha and excuses himself.
Swati notices Reeva happily taking pictures with Durva and others and feels overjoyed. Savi gazes at herself in the mirror, cleansing her face and replaying recent events in her mind. Meanwhile, Ishaan is behind the wheel, stealing glances at Reeva and pondering how to come clean about everything to both her and his family. Spotting the Sindoor on her forehead, Savi scrubs it away. Suddenly, news of a car accident involving Ishaan reaches them. Amid all this chaos, a stranger halts Savi and cautions her against washing off the Sindoor from her hairline, claiming it could put her husband’s life in peril. As she reflects on this warning again, the woman advises Savi to reapply the Sindoor as a protective measure for both her husband and Harini.
Convinced by this reasoning, Savi dutifully reapplies the vermillion in her hairline. Ishaan expresses the need to visit his family and is aided by a passerby. Swati hands over the funds invested in the Mumbai land deal by the Bhosle family to Yashwant, and mentions that Swanand was responsible for securing the money. Yashwant expresses gratitude towards Swati, while Nishikanth acknowledges Reeva’s role in their success. Surekha views Reeva as a lucky charm. Later on, Swati inquires about Ishaan’s whereabouts and Prateek responds by showing him to Yashwant.
