Kumkum Bhagya 23rd January 2024 Written Update RV spots Khushi. Jasbeer reaches the mandap in disguise. He cleverly drops the water pot in the havan kund and puts off the fire. The rituals stop because of the sudden incident. Jasbeer walks away, while the Pandit informs RV and Purvi about the bad omen. Purvi gets worried. The marriage halts for the time being. RV goes to his room and doesn’t notice the big drum placed in the middle of the room. Khushi struggles to get free. She makes the drum fall sideways. She tries to roll herself out of the drum. RV hears some sound and turns to see. Meanwhile, Tiger follows Purvi to kidnap her on Jasbeer’s orders. How will RV learn Jasbeer’s plotting? As seen earlier, Jasbeer and his guards return to the marriage venue with Khushi inside the drum. They carefully set it down but it accidentally falls over. Jasbeer reminds them that Khushi is his gharwali and expresses concern about what might happen to her. He worries about how he will explain to Purvi if something happens to Khushi. His focus is solely on Purvi, as Tiger remarks on his love for her. Jasbeer confirms that he does indeed love Purvi and asks everyone to stop distracting him so they can resume preparations for the drum. He declares his intention to take Purvi away from there.

Prachi wishes Ranbir was with her. She misses Ranbir a lot. Pandit asks for Kumkum. Prachi says that she had kept it there. Harleen asks Yug to go and get it. Prachi says that she will get it from the room since she has an extra box of Kumkum. Ashok gets emotional that Purvi is getting married. Ashok and Manpreet love Prachi a lot. They regard her as their daughter. They bless Purvi with lots of happiness. Jasbeer and his men make an entry, playing the dhol and engaging everyone. They act as eunuchs. Jasbeer says that he has come to bless the bride and groom. He compliments RV and Purvi’s Jodi. He asks them to give him some water to perform Shuddikaran. She sprinkles the water on everyone and asks them to take the blessings of Mata Rani.

Jasbeer tricks everyone. He doesn’t go out. He asks them to wait for the mandap purification. He doesn’t listen to anyone. He drops the water pot in the havan kund and puts off the fire. The family members appear shocked. Vishaka asks what did he do. Jasbeer gets glad seeing the tension on their faces. Pandit says that this isn’t a good sign. Purvi’s clothes get spoilt. Jasbeer apologizes. He says that he made a mistake, the pot slipped by her hand and caused a disaster. RV asks him to go out and wait. Harman asks Yug to take them outside. Jasbeer makes a leave. Vishaka asks Diya to take Purvi and clean her clothes. Purvi leaves the mandap. Shanaya follows Shaurya. He refuses to talk to her.

Ranbir arrives at the wedding. He says that he will get back to work after attending his daughter’s marriage. Prachi passes by the same corridor. She hears Ranbir’s voice. She misses to see Ranbir. Ranbir also feels Prachi’s presence but doesn’t see her around. Prachi takes the Kumkum. Diya finds the gifts and clothes kept on the bed. She says that she has a lot of work. She gets the dryer. Jasbeer comes there. Diya asks her to change the saree, or else she will fall sick. She offers the sarees to Jasbeer. Jasbeer thanks her and takes the saree. Tiger also asks for a red saree. Diya gifts it to him.

Jasbeer changes the saree and comes back. Diya compliments him. Jasbeer is happy with the compliments. Diya rushes to help Purvi. Jasbeer asks Tiger to come. Tiger laughs at the silly occurrence. Khushi gets conscious and tries to free herself. She makes the drum fall. RV is present in the room. He finds the fallen drum. Before he could see Khushi, Yug comes there to call RV. Yug says that he has seen the men dressed in sarees and that someone is there to create a huge problem. RV tells him that those people dressed in sarees are kinners. He calls Yug a fool. Yuv doubts them. He sees the drum and doesn’t check it either.

Yug and RV leave the room. Diya tells Purvi that she has helped a kinner to get blessings. Jasbeer and Tiger come there. Jasbeer says that he has come to talk about Purvi. He lies that Prachi is crying. He asks Purvi to come with her. He asks Diya to let Purvi go to Prachi and talk to her in private. He says that Prachi is crying emotionally just because Purvi is getting married. Purvi asks Diya to wait for her. Jasbeer says that he will take Purvi to Prachi. He finds Purvi innocent. He loves her. He wishes Purvi likes him.

He tells that he will soon win Purvi and her love. Purvi looks for Prachi. Jasbeer stays ready with the chloroform. Palki reaches there and rushes to Purvi. Jasbeer engages Palki in his words. Palki asks Purvi where is she going. Purvi tells that Prachi is crying and she is in the garden. Jasbeer lies to Palki and takes Purvi along. Palki observes Jasbeer and stops Purvi.
