Pandya Store 27th January 2024 Written Update Dhawal dead. Natasha obtains the file, but the rack collapses. As the lawyer prepares to enter, his assistant interrupts to report that a visitor has arrived regarding Sandeep’s case. Before they can set down the file, the lawyer returns and shoos them away without taking it. Dhawal’s doctor notifies a nurse that they are losing him and saving him is becoming increasingly challenging. The lawyer hands Amrish the Pandya Store file and mentions that it was almost stolen. Natasha observes Amrish receiving the file from the lawyer. The lawyer warns Amrish against taking advantage of someone’s problem. Chiku reprimands Isha for confiding in Amba. Natasha, who overheard this exchange, wonders if Amba may have shared the problem with Dhawal, leading him to ask Amrish for help. She questions whether Dhawal truly loves her after she discloses everything to him.
Upon Amrish’s arrival, he informs Natasha that he needs to speak with her and urges her to step outside. However, when she refuses, Amrish reveals the papers she has signed and informs her that he has already purchased the company. He then directs her to pay 45 lakhs within 15 days, which could be reduced to just 2 days. Amrish invites Natasha to join him outside for a discussion on the proposed solution. Curious, Natasha inquires about the reason behind this invitation. Amrish suggests that he could extend the period from 15 days to 6 months while requesting that she take care of Dhawal during this time. Misinterpreting the situation, Natasha assumes that Dhawal has sent Amrish and declines the offer.
Amrish then explains Dhawal’s health condition and expresses his genuine intention of seeking her help if circumstances were different. Tears stream down Amrish’s face as he informs Natasha that Dhawal has been admitted to the city hospital and desperately implores her to rescue him. Overwhelmed with grief, Natasha rushes to the hospital. Amba fervently prays for Dhawal’s recovery. Frantically, Natasha arrives at the hospital just as Dhawal is being defibrillated, but unfortunately, he does not respond to the shocks. The Makhwanas are stunned when they see Natasha arriving, out of breath. Hetal and Dolly are elated by Natasha’s arrival and assure Amba that Dhawal will soon recover now.

However, when Natasha opens the door to Dhawal’s room, she hears the doctor delivering the heartbreaking news that they were unable to save him. Natasha grasps Dhawal’s hands, urging him to rise. She says that he can’t be so unfair towards her by leaving her alone in the world. She asks him to get up and hits his chest in anger. She cannot bear the thought of him leaving her alone, and sobs while holding onto him. Slowly, Dhawal’s heart begins to beat again and he regains consciousness.
With concern etched on her face, Natasha implores him to fight alongside her and not abandon her. The doctor directs the nurse to monitor Dhawal closely and administer his medication. Meanwhile, Suman inquires about Natasha’s whereabouts, but Shesh dismisses it by saying she is preoccupied with her tasks and has no regard for their home or store. Chiku steps in and defends Natasha, reminding them that she is occupied with Dhawal’s critical condition. Natasha vows to stay by Dhawal’s side until he makes a full recovery.
