He tells her that his mother is the best mother and the best person in the world, but she has always suffered. He doesn’t want Kavya to face such problems and suffer in her life. Kavya questions him about his mother’s identity. Palki informs Daljeet about Karan getting shot during his fight with the bank robbers. Daljeet seems shocked. Rajveer doesn’t want to tell Kavya about Preeta, but Kavya feels a motherly bond with Preeta. will Kavya find out that Rajveer’s Maasi is actually his mother? She points out that Radha has a place to stay and is financially supported to care for Gungun, emphasizing that she is not Gungun’s biological mother.

Upon entering Karan’s room, Rakhi misses to see him. Rakhi immediately expresses her concern for his safety and leaves, struggling to walk due to knee pain. The ward boy assists her onto a wheelchair and suggests she go back to her room. However, she insists on visiting the hospital temple and he obliges. Meanwhile, Kavya approaches Rajveer, mentioning that she knows he also wants her to rest at home. She questions how she can relax when Karan is in such critical condition.

In response, Rajveer accuses her of acting as his mother and reminds her not to blame herself for what has happened to Karan. He emphasizes that he does not want Kavya to turn into another Preeta. Upon seeing a nurse, he inquires about blood availability for Karan and learns it is unavailable at the hospital. Kavya then offers to donate blood for him and the nurse takes her inside. This prompts Rajveer’s curiosity about Preeta’s whereabouts. Meanwhile, Palki informs Daljeet about Karan’s current state. Concerned, Daljeet asks if Karan will recover.

Palki explains that due to excessive blood loss, his condition is critical. Without losing hope, Daljeet assures Palki that God will protect Karan. She promises to reach the hospital soon. Nidhi expresses her worries about Karan’s well-being, but Rishabh reprimands her for being pessimistic. Mahesh declares that he will do whatever it takes to save Karan. Rishabh then tells him not to worry as he will handle everything and embraces Mahesh. Meanwhile, Shanaya offers water to Dadi and offers words of comfort. Nidhi pulls Shanaya away, warning her against going too far. She reminds Shanaya that she is not a daughter-in-law of the Luthras.

Shanaya questions Nidhi about her issue with her, to which Nidhi responds that she simply has a bad feeling about her. Shanaya retorts that she only emanates positive energy and suggests that it may be Nidhi who harbors negativity. Dismissing Shanaya, Nidhi states that they do not require her presence. As Shanaya calls Shaurya and updates him on Karan’s condition before ending the call, she confidently declares to Nidhi that soon enough she will realize how much Shaurya needs her. With those parting words, she exits the room. After hearing that her blood type is not a match with Karan’s, Kavya remembers their time together and becomes emotional.

Rishabh comforts her and suggests she speak to Rakhi. He urges her not to mention Karan to Rakhi, and Kavya agrees before leaving the hospital. Outside, Mahesh prays for Karan’s recovery while Rishabh reminds him of the temple within the hospital. Mahesh admits he can’t break down in front of their family and Nidhi informs Kareena that Karan was shot while saving Preeta. Expressing concern for Karan’s condition, Kavya adds that they are struggling to find blood for him everywhere they’ve looked.
