Anupama 31st January 2024 Written Update Anuj yearns. Anupama inspires herself to move on without getting tangled in the old relationships alone. She says that she has hurt the family members, and she must stay alone and keep herself happy. She doesn’t want to hurt her loved ones again. She says that she must not fall weak by entering Choti’s life. She decides to not meet Choti. She goes to meet Biji. Yashdeep and Biji ask her if she is okay. She apologizes for the trouble. Biji knows Anupama is handling a big sorrow. She consoles Anupama. Anupama asks Biji to give her any work to do, just to engage her mind. She wants to focus on work and skip the memories.
Yashdeep says that they got some dinner orders. Anupama rushes to cook food. Biji can’t see Anupama’s sorrow. She weeps. Yashdeep consoles his mother. He also realizes what Anupama is trying to do. He says that tolerating pain is easier than hiding it. Biji says that he does the same. He tells her that one has to hide the pain from oneself and others by laughing and pacifying the heart. He regrets that he loved someone and got punished. He feels lonely in his life. Biji wants to know why the lovers have loneliness and pain in their lives. He says that closure is important in life. She worries for her sons. On the other hand, Anuj sits lost. Shruti shouts to get him to response mode. She asks him what’s happening and why is he reacting this way.
Anuj doesn’t want to lie to her. He tells her about his fight with Aadhya about his past. She asks him to stop lying. He convincingly lies to her about Aadhya’s school trip issue. He says that he canceled the trip and Aadhya vented anger by ruining the things in the house. He apologizes that they lied to Shruti before. She asks him about the meeting. Anuj recalls Anupama. He gets hindered by a message. He learns that Yashdeep has withdrawn the application. He says that the meeting was incomplete. Shruti asks the reason why it was the perfect chance to showcase Joshiben’s talents. He asks her not to call them. Shruti calls Anupama and asks Anuj to speak to her. She goes to check on Aadhya. Anupama takes Shruti’s call. Anuj hears her voice and sees her picture on the phone. He knows Anupama doesn’t have any idea about Shruti and him.
Anuj remembers Aadhya’s warning and disconnects the call. He doesn’t speak to Anupama. She gets Kinjal’s message. Anupama tells Biji that she isn’t feeling good. She doesn’t want to lie that she is fine. She tells her that Kinjal has messaged her and called her home. Yashdeep tells that he will drop her. She asks him not to worry. He adds that he can’t send her alone in such a situation. She thanks him. She decides to work on the event. He says that she doesn’t need to worry about the event. He reveals that he had canceled the event promotions because he gives priority to relationships rather than business.

He asks her to work hard when the restaurant reopens. Anupama thanks him for coming into her life and helping her so much. Biji asks her to return home soon. Anupama promises to come back soon. Biji wishes the best for Anupama and Yashdeep. Elsewhere, Pakhi thanks Titu for all the help in building her brand. She tells him that she is happy for him. She asks him not to think of Dimpy. Titu tells him that Dimpy brought positive changes in his life. He gives credit to Dimpy for his success. He defends Dimpy. He asks him to give the gifts to the kids. Pakhi says that she will make him meet the kids very soon. He thanks her. She hugs Titu, which makes him uncomfortable. She does it deliberately to hurt Dimpy.
Titu doesn’t want any misunderstanding in Dimpy’s mind. He makes a leave, while Pakhi pretends to mislead Dimpy. Yashdeep takes Anupama to Kinjal’s house. Anupama tells him about her ex-husband Anuj. She reveals that she failed in her two marriages. She adds that she lacked respect and love in her first marriage, she gained the deserved respect and love in her second marriage but even it didn’t last for long. Yashdeep asks her not to share her past. She thanks him. Anuj calls her to fix their meeting. He can’t get over her memories. Paritosh meets Anupama and asks her if she is living without Anuj.
