Tejas breathes a sigh of relief when Jhanak rejects Anirudh on her own, hoping that she will now come back to him. However, Jhanak firmly states that she will never accept Tejas as her husband. Nevertheless, Tejas insists on pressuring her until she gives in. He constantly compares himself to Anirudh and even goes as far as calling Anirudh a coward. This deeply upsets Jhanak, who also feels guilty for insulting Anirudh.
The police arrive to check Anirudh and collect his identity card and mobile phone from his pocket. Meanwhile, Anirudh receives a call from Choton, but the police inform him of the accident. The news leaves him completely shocked. He immediately contacts Bipasha and urges her to go to the hospital with the others. Bipasha then informs everyone of the situation. Tejas and Jhanak also see the same news report about Anirudh’s accident. Jhanak is stunned by the news and struggles to believe that Anirudh has been injured. Bipasha informs the family about Anirudh’s major accident. They blame Jhanak who has ruined their family’s happiness. They say that Jhanak is responsible for Anirudh’s accident. Bipasha tells them that they should rush to the hospital, Anirudh’s condition is serious and he needs them. Anirudh is rushed to the hospital. The inspector takes him to the OT. Anirudh’s parents blame Appu and her parents for always supporting Jhanak. Tejas and Jhanak get off the bus to have some food. She makes an excuse. He asks her to freshen up and come back soon.
Shubh promises Tanuja that he will not let anything happen to their son. Bipasha insults her in-laws. Jhanak manages to run away. She doesn’t know the hospital’s location. She seeks help. She boards a bus to reach there. Bipasha calls up Arshi. She informs about Anirudh’s accident. Arshi is shaken by the news. She blames Jhanak for the accident. Bipasha tells her that Anirudh is serious. She asks Arshi to come soon. Arshi breaks down. Choton reaches the hospital. He meets the Inspector and asks about Anirudh. The inspector says that the doctor is checking Anirudh and they will soon get an update about his health. Choton gets worried. The doctor comes to update them.
The Inspector asks him if Anirudh is alive or not. The doctor gets speechless. This worries Choton. Arshi gives the bad news to Shrishti. She says that they have to go and see Anirudh. Shrishti realizes that Anirudh has gone to find Jhanak. Arshi asks if Anirudh will get fine and come back to her. Shrishti consoles her. Anirudh’s family prays for him. Jhanak requests the conductor to help her. The man asks for the ticket fare. Jhanak says that she doesn’t have money right now. She begs him. The people offer help to Jhanak. Tejas chases Jhanak. He stops the bus to get to Jhanak. The doctor tells the family that Anirudh’s life is in danger.
