As Aasma and Armaan both think of each other, he takes a break at a café to have a drink, while Ekam takes care of Aasma’s well-being. Ekam then decides to track down Armaan and convince him to apologize to Aasma for his doubts and actions. As a result, Armaan turns to alcohol for comfort. Aasma is determined to move on alone, despite being not just his wife but also a mother to their children. She refuses to let his negative influence impact their kids, who mean everything to her. Aasma and Zaid leave for Jalandhar. Bunty rushes over upon hearing the man’s screams and arranges for him to be taken to the hospital. He then turns to Armaan, who has been struggling since Aasma’s departure, and advises him to try and handle himself. However, Armaan is consumed by anger and declares that Aasma is dead to him. Seeing this, Ekam offers to send some money, but Aasma insists on managing her expenses through tuition. She is worried though. Sukhi intervenes by giving Armaan a hard slap and scolding him.

Despite this, Armaan continues to drink heavily. Rano tries to console him by saying that his family loves him dearly, but he rejects her words, accusing Aasma of betraying him with another man’s child. Ekam calls Aasma. Aasma reveals that she has good news – she is pregnant with twins and will soon have three children. Ekam smiles proudly and suggests that he come and take her away from the difficult situation she’s in. However, Aasma declines his offer, determined to fight alone. When some men try to steal her purse at the bus stop, she defends herself fiercely despite being pregnant.
