Anupama 4th March 2024 Written Update Heroic Maa. Paritosh is caught by a moneylender who, despite his promise to repay the money, has the goons physically and verbally assault him for not meeting the seven-day deadline. Anupama rushes to her son’s rescue, but the goon warns her against interfering. In a fit of rage, she declares that no one should mess with a mother. Seeing his mother stand up for him brings joy to Paritosh’s face, and he expresses his gratitude towards her for saving him. He assures her that he will return the money from his salary soon and Anupama advises him to work hard. Anupama and Yashdeep arrive at Kinjal’s house with their groceries, but as they enter, the bags suddenly slip from their hands.

Anupama is grateful for Yashdeep’s help in retrieving the items. Kinjal’s husband, Vanraj, greets them at the door and notices them sharing a lighthearted moment. However, his expression turns sour as he glances at Anupama and starts to feel upset by her closeness with Yashdeep. The situation reminds Anupama of another past connection she had with someone like Vanraj. Despite this, she decides to step inside the house but is confronted by Vanraj who makes snide remarks about her newfound friendship with Yashdeep. Paritosh asks Anupama to go to the event location and check her restaurant stall. He asks her to tell him if she needs any changes. She says that she is heading to the event. She feeds him the curd and wishes him all the best. She reminds him that he had always been a school and college topper, he had worked hard since his childhood, he had made everyone proud with his smartness and talents, and it’s time he remembers his old self. She asks him to get inspired by himself. She tells him that he has a big chance to make his name in the US. She suggests that he works hard and doesn’t break Anuj’s faith. Kinjal also asks Paritosh to work honestly. Paritosh asks them not to worry, he will do his best this time. Kinjal is worried about the goons. He says that Anuj is waiting for him. He rushes for his job.

Anuj reaches the event. He wears his ID card and gets to see Anupama’s ID card in the batch. He picks it up. Kinjal asks Anupama if she is okay with working with Anuj. Anupama says that she will be tense, but she will focus on her work. Kinjal feels proud of her. She wishes she was strong like Anupama. Anuj waits for Anupama. He helps some people at the event. He keeps Anupama’s ID card close to his heart. Vanraj and Leela get ready to leave for the airport. Leela is scared of air travel. Hasmukh cracks some jokes to lighten her heart. Ansh and Ishani ask Leela to get toys. Mahi asks Leela to just enjoy her stay there. Leela is impressed with Mahi’s maturity. Vanraj promises to get toys and gifts for the kids.

Leela asks Hasmukh to take medicines on time and avoid junk food. Leela and Hasmukh cry emotionally, that they are parting up. Mahi makes a happy journey card for Leela and Vanraj. Vanraj finds it hard to reciprocate Mahi’s feelings. Kavya feels sad for her daughter when he doesn’t accept the card. Leela takes the card. Dimpy and Pakhi assure that they will take care of Hasmukh. Vanraj spares a minute to warn them against any sort of nuisance. Anupama reaches the event. She isn’t allowed there because of the missing tag. Anuj receives her. Anupama finds Anuj wearing her ID card.

Anuj tells her that he is trying to untangle both the cards. Anupama breaks off her tie and takes her tag. She suggests that if things don’t get sorted, then they should just break it up. Anuj is disheartened with her words. Paritosh finds them sharing a moment. Vanraj asks Dimpy and Pakhi not to make any mistakes. He makes it clear that they shouldn’t invite Titu home. He advises them to focus on their kids. He doesn’t want any complaints about Pakhi’s misbehavior. He hopes things stay the same until he returns. Hasmukh also warns him against hurting Anupama’s sentiments with harsh words. Vanraj makes a leave. Anupama tries to set the tables. Anuj reaches her to help.

She tells that she is waiting for Yashdeep. He gives her a new tag. He says that not everything is cut off from the heart. She enquires about Shruti. He says that Shruti has gone to India for her parents’ last rituals, Aadhya accompanied her and they will be back soon. She asks why didn’t he go. He says that he wanted to go, but Shruti didn’t agree to take him along. He adds that nobody wants to take his help these days. He asks her to call him if she needs help. Yashdeep arrives and says that he is there to help her. He asks Anuj to excuse them and carry on with his work. Anuj says that he never had any problem and he will never have any problem. He finds Anupama enthusiastic about the event. Anupama gets hurt.

Yashdeep worriedly runs to her and asks if she is okay. Anuj watches them from afar. She gets a muscle sprain because of her dance practice. Yashdeep says that she can’t work if she is in pain. She says that she will manage. He orders her to get quiet and sit down. He checks her foot and does a quick aid for her pain relief. Anuj grows jealous. Luckily, Vikram asks Yashdeep to come for some paperwork. Anupama tells Yashdeep that she will apply the medicine herself. Yashdeep gives her some money for the stall and goes. Anuj thinks to go to Anupama. Pakhi interrupts Kavya and Dimpy. She threatens them that she will call Vanraj and tell him that they are going to meet Titu. Kavya tells that they are going to buy stationery for the kids.

Dimpy asks Pakhi to stop becoming a bad person. She says that a person doesn’t get anything by hurting others. She taunts Pakhi for mishandling every relationship in her life. She asks Pakhi to heal herself, rather than hurt the family. Kavya says that they love Pakhi and want to see her happy. Dimpy explains to Pakhi that she is hurt by seeing bitterness in her. Kavya asks Pakhi to make her life better by keeping her anger and ego aside. Pakhi silently hears their good lecture. Kavya believes Adhik, Ishani, and Pakhi can live happily. Anupama manages her work. Anuj sends her a hot water bag with a note. Anupama and Anuj remember their old moments. She continues her work. Aadhya arrives there and asks Anuj if he has forgotten everything.

She shows their happy family picture. She asks him not to forget what Anupama did to them. She reminds him of Shruti’s favors on them. She says that he is doing wrong with Shruti, who has no one in her life. She adds that Anupama isn’t alone, she has many relations in her life, Shruti doesn’t deserve this pain when she has healed them in the past. Anuj imagines Aadhya giving him a reality check. He doesn’t understand what to do. He stays engrossed in Anupama’s thoughts. He knows Shruti doesn’t deserve the pain. He forgets everything when he sees Anupama.
