YRKKH 5th March 2024 Written Update Backlash. Kaveri hosts a party to showcase charitable items for the NGO. With great success, the Poddar family gains recognition. Armaan and Abhira, full of youthful energy, frolic around and bring laughter to the family. Kajal remarks that Armaan is reliving his childhood with Abhira and they should not attract any negative attention. However, Ruhi does not appreciate their closeness. A guest rudely comments on Ruhi’s status as a widow and questions her appearance at the party. Armaan takes matters into his own hands and confronts the man, while Abhira stands by Ruhi’s side. She confidently states that a girl should not conform to society’s expectations, but rather live happily and freely. Both Armaan and Abhira show their unwavering support for Ruhi and demand an apology from the man.
Unaware that they are sisters, Abhira expresses her love for Ruhi who is visibly upset by the incident. This disrupts the peaceful atmosphere in the family as Ruhi breaks down in tears. However, Abhira reassures her that everything will be fine while Armaan empathizes with her pain. Armaan is aware of Ruhi’s feelings and understands that she is deeply hurt. Kaveri is highly impressed with Abhira’s handling of the situation as well. In a heartwarming gesture, Abhira embraces Ruhi and prevents her from leaving. Abhira gets praised for her efforts. Armaan says that Abhira can do anything, she has made Kaveri dance and it shows she is a fairy. Abhira enjoys the compliments. She tells them that she is a fairy if he thinks so. He jokes on her and calls her a witch. She runs to beat him. They run around like kids. The family laughs at seeing them. Kajal says that Abhira is making Armaan relive his childhood happily. Ruhi is upset. Goenkas are worried for Ruhi. Manish says that they can’t force Ruhi to leave Poddar’s house. Swarna wants to bring Ruhi home. She says that she will fix Ruhi and Manav’s meeting. Manish wants Ruhi to decide for her life. Vikas feels sorry that they are arguing because of Manav’s alliance. He doesn’t want to snatch their family peace. He asks them to drop Ruhi and Manav’s alliance. Abhira and everyone have a laugh seeing the old desktop kept in a charity auction.
She suggests that they will take the computer out of the house secretly and sell it. Ruhi agrees to Abhira’s adventure plans. She tells Armaan that she is not boring and she has been used to mischief since childhood. She recalls Abhir. A guest sees Ruhi happy and taunts her for having no sorrow over her husband’s loss. Armaan angrily slaps him. Abhira says that the man told the truth. She lectures the man and his mother. She argues with them while defending Ruhi. She tells them that they are the kind of people of the society that has defamed it by their orthodox mindsets. She asks what will Ruhi do if her husband left. The man says that Ruhi should stay as a widow, not a newly wedded bride.
Abhira says that he shouldn’t care if Ruhi looks awesome. Ruhi cries sorrowfully. Abhira says that girls also have an identity. She answers the guests well. She says that Ruhi will not live according to anyone’s expectations, she will move on in her life and she will stay happy. She asks them to apologize to Ruhi. The man apologizes to Ruhi.
On the other side, Charu apologizes to Dev. She says that she had no idea about Sanjay’s visit. He says that no staff’s parents have done this thing till now. He laughs sharing an incident about his mom’s visit. He wipes her tears. He tells her that his mom threatened his staff and warned them to not serve him coffee, so he used to steal coffee from others. He asks her to keep smiling because he doesn’t like to see her tears. Ruhi asks them to stop pitying her. Abhira embraces Ruhi. Ruhi wants to go away and stay alone. Abhira plays a song to cheer up Ruhi’s mood. The family dances for Ruhi. Ruhi cries and runs away to her room, remembering the guest’s taunts. She sees Rohit’s picture. Abhira and Armaan follow her.
They see Ruhi crying for Rohit. Madhav tells Vidya that they should send Ruhi to Goenka’s house. Vidya says that Ruhi is happy with the family, and Abhira and Armaan have handled the matter. He says that Ruhi shouldn’t hear the taunts all her life because she doesn’t deserve it. He adds that they won’t be with Ruhi always to protect her from sorrow. Abhira sings a lullaby and calms Ruhi’s mind. Ruhi remembers Akshara. Armaan cries finding Ruhi in pain. Abhira puts Ruhi in sleep. Vidya tells Madhav that she is suffering the same pain because she is also waiting for her husband’s love. Madhav says that she never valued her husband. He calls her selfish. Kaveri stops them from arguing.
Abhira knows Armaan is much hurt. Kaveri is also stressed about the happening. She thinks of Ruhi’s happiness. Abhira cheers up Armaan. She plays Armaan and Rohit’s childhood videos and asks him to vent out his sorrow. Armaan misses Rohit. He wants to avoid the discussion. She tells him that it’s okay if he misses Rohit and cries for him. She says that once he lets the tears flow out, he will learn to remember Rohit and smile. Armaan and Abhira cry while watching the videos. He falls asleep on her shoulder. Kaveri gets framed in a land-grabbing case. She asks Sanjay to find out who is handling the case. Abhira says that Dev has assigned the case to her. Kaveri asks Armaan to fight Abhira in the court.
