He never imagined that she would unravel all his plans and expose his true self to Kunal and Vandana. With determination, Vaani boldly confronts Kuldeep and promises to reveal his deceitful nature. She has evidence to support her claims and is confident that he will soon face consequences for his actions. Despite being threatened, Kuldeep struggles to come to terms with his impending downfall.
Meanwhile, Vedika rushes to inform Vandana about Vaani’s recovery, but they are suddenly interrupted by a loud scream from the Malhotra residence. After Kuldeep fatally injures Vaani, Tara rushes to defend her grandmother but is also injured. In a state of unconsciousness, Tara is rushed to the hospital by Vandana and other family members. The doctors quickly determine that Tara requires an urgent kidney transplant. Despite being warned by her family, Vandana bravely volunteers to donate her kidney to save her daughter’s life.
Despite objections from the rest of the family, Vandana is determined to do whatever it takes to ensure Tara’s survival. The doctor emerges from the operation theatre and delivers the tragic news of Vandana’s passing. While Tara has been successfully saved, they are unable to save Vandana’s life. Kunal is stunned by the news and rushes to her side, attempting to revive her. However, the doctor confirms that Vandana has passed away. Kunal is in disbelief and desperately tries to awaken his wife, but to no avail. He shatters into pieces and pleads for Vandana to return to him. In a desperate attempt, Kunal continues to shake her body and prays for her life.
Vandana responds to his call. She is immediately attended to by the doctor while Kunal stands anxiously by her side. Moments later, she regains consciousness and makes a sarcastic comment about being brought back to life. The doctor credits Kunal’s love for saving her instead of medical techniques. To everyone’s relief, Vandana opens her eyes and begins to speak. Amid their joy, Kunal is admonished for his insincerity towards Kuldeep.
