Prakash hands over a blood sample to the receptionist at the lab, who informs him that they do not accept direct samples due to policy. She mentions that either the patient must come in or they can go to the patient. Prakash persuades her by stating that this is a major policy, and she agrees to collect the sample and asks for the patient’s information. Prakash says it is a man in his late 20s and tells her she can write any name she likes. Sahiba deduces from his age that it must be Angad. Hansraj informs Brars that Prabjot’s phone is not working and takes them to the medical shop where she had last visited with Sahiba to buy Manveer’s medicines.
Seerat tells Angad that she is marrying ASB (Amar Sengupta Basu) and even Angad is ASB. He suggests celebrating her prewedding with a proper feast, drinks, and music. Seerat agrees and prepares food while playing music, then takes it to him. She reminisces about bringing food for him when he stayed at his family’s guest house. She fills their wine glasses and Angad asks if they can also have a candlelight dinner. She happily goes to get candles while he secretly adds hypnotic pill powder to her glass. Upon her return, she notices him holding a glass of wine and asks if he has tried the local wine.
He playfully responds by asking how he could taste it without her, then offers her a glass as well. Seerat suggests taking some selfies first, but Angad insists on having wine first. As they toast to each other, the phone suddenly falls and starts playing a video where Angad’s hands can be seen mixing the medicine in the wine. Angad gets caught by Seerat. Seerat sees the video and shows it to Angad, She confronts him. He gets speechless. She throws the phone at him. He shouts at her. He tells her that he knows everything, she wants to change his face with that guy and give him a new identity. She asks him how dare he know everything. He scolds her for torturing him. She angrily hurts him. Angad screams in pain. He tells that he won’t let her change his face. She punishes him for his daring escape attempt. She dumps him on the bed. She goes and gets a hammer. Angad gets scared.
Inder and the family members speak to the police inspector. The inspector says that they can’t find Angad. Inder asks Manveer not to worry about Angad. Angad asks Seerat to come to her senses. She says that she will snatch her rights. She wants Angad’s love. She says that she has a right to do anything with him, she can punish him and he can’t stop her. He asks her to stay away. She angrily hits on his wounds and hurts him. He cries aloud. She says that his face and her fate will change. Sahiba reaches there and tries to find Angad. Angad tells Seerat that Sahiba will know the truth. Seerat asks him not to challenge her. She tells him that she is dangerous and he should be scared of her.
Sahiba sees Prakash and falls out of the window. She finds Angad’s show there. She sees the broken glass. She cries for Angad. She realizes that Angad is present there. She looks inside the window and finds the medical equipment there. Prakash sees the window open and shuts it. Sahiba wants to make an entry inside. She switches off the lights. Seerat asks Prakash to check the lights. She tells Angad that she needs electricity for his surgery. She hurts him even more. Angad tells Seerat that he has always forgiven her, and she is hurting him. She scolds him for always loving Sahiba.
Sahiba finds a way to go inside the house. Angad tells Seerat that he will die, but never marry her. Seerat turns raging. He wants to know about Sahiba once. Sahiba hears Angad’s painful scream and reaches there. She finds Seerat hurting Angad. She cries for Angad. Seerat asks Angad to forget Sahiba and also his face. She tells him that he will see himself with her eyes from now on. Seerat shouts in anger. She goes to restore the power. Sahiba goes to Angad. She is left shocked seeing his injuries. She embraces him. He is surprised to meet her. She says that she will not spare Seerat. He asks her to run away and save her life. He adds that Seerat has lost her mind and she has become very dangerous. She says that the family is also looking for him. Manveer gets tired.
Inder says that they have to find Sahiba and Prabjyot also. Jasleen wonders when will things get normal for them. Manveer prays to find a way to save Angad. Angad thanks Sahiba for finding him. He asks her to leave. Prakash switches on the power. Angad asks Sahiba to just go. Sahiba asks him not to worry, they will go out together. He says that his legs are lifeless and he can’t walk. He is ready to die. She asks him not to say that. Seerat reaches there and hits Sahiba, drawing her unconscious. She puts Sahiba in the wheelchair and ties her. Angad asks Seerat to leave Sahiba. She threatens him that she will break Sahiba’s legs. He asks her not to touch Sahiba. Seerat asks him to confess love to her.
