Inder credits Sahiba for rescuing Angad from Seerat, stating that they may have never found him otherwise. However, the doctor emerges and repeats her suggestion for more tests. Concerned for Sahiba’s well-being, Inder inquires about her condition. Before the doctor can respond, she is interrupted by a call and must attend to another emergency case. Meanwhile, Garry remains hopeful for Sahiba’s recovery. In her state of unconsciousness, Sahiba has a dream in which a young boy calls her “mother” and asks about his father’s whereabouts, causing Sahiba to mention Angad’s name in her sleep.
The doctor checks if Sahiba can hear her voice and wakes her up. She immediately inquires about Angad’s whereabouts and the doctor informs her that he is currently undergoing surgery. Despite wanting to see him, Sahiba is reminded by the doctor to be careful due to her pregnancy. Overjoyed by the news, Sahiba decides to share it with Angad and makes her way to his room in the Brar household. As soon as she arrives, he asks how she is feeling and she responds positively.
Then, Angad expresses his deep love for her and how she is everything to him – he simply cannot imagine his life without her. Angad inquires if this is also the sentiment Sahiba wishes to express. She confirms it is not. He then questions her love for him. She clarifies that they both love him. Confused, Angad wonders what she means. Sahiba responds by revealing that he will soon be a father. Sahiba tells Angad that she wants to tell him, they both love him. He asks who both. She says that everything will change between them from now on. He asks what does she mean. She holds her tummy. He asks her if she has any stomach aches. He calls the doctor. She says that she is fine, she will have much pain but it will give her immense happiness. He asks her if there is any complication. She keeps his hand on her tummy and tells that he is soon going to become a father. He can’t believe the good news. He wants to get up and dance. He feels pain in his legs. She asks him to be careful. He hugs her happily. They laugh.
Soon, the family arrives there and asks Angad and Sahiba if they are okay. Angad says that the three of them are fine. Inder understands the hint before Manveer. He says that they are going to become grandparents. The family is happy with the good news. They congratulate Angad and Sahiba. Garry says that they should celebrate in Punjabi style. Angad asks them not to tell anything to his Dadu and Bebe. He wants to give them the news personally. After a few days, Angad recovers. The family plans a huge party to welcome Angad and celebrate the good news. Bebe asks Garry about the blue balloons. Garry doesn’t disclose anything to her. He says that blue is Bebe’s favorite color.
Angad and Sahiba arrive and ask Bebe to decide on one color for them. He asks her to tell him which color to final, pink or blue. He says that they have to design a new room. Bebe asks him if he has not patched up with Sahiba till now. Angad says that they can never get separated now, because their child is coming to always keep them united. Dadu and Bebe are overjoyed to see the fourth celebration. They congratulate Angad and Sahiba. It’s celebration time for the Brars. Sahiba’s parents arrive there and congratulate the family. Santosh tells Manveer that they should forget the past and focus on welcoming the baby. Manveer agrees and hugs her. The family then performs a song. They dance and celebrate in the Punjabi style.
Garry shoots their video. Hansraj asks Garry about his relationship with the baby. Angad and Sahiba look on. Angad says that Garry will be his baby’s Chachu. He hugs Garry and forgives him for the past matters. Sahiba is very happy. She feels exhausted. Angad asks Sahiba is she okay. She says that she is feeling dizzy. She faints in his arms. Angad and everyone get worried for her. The doctor treats Sahiba. She reveals about Sahiba’s physical weakness and also emotional stress. Shea advises them to keep Sahiba away from every kind of stress. She asks Angad to get Sahiba for a regular checkup. Angad tells them that he won’t tell them this to Sahiba, she will take stress so they shouldn’t disclose anything to her.
Sahiba gets conscious. She asks Angad what happened to her. Angad says that she fell asleep in his lap and he got her to the room. Sahiba says that she didn’t know when she fell asleep. Bebe says that this happens during pregnancy. Manveer asks Sahiba not to worry about little issues. Angad asks Sahiba to take care of the baby and her. The family tries hard to take good care of Sahiba. Manveer says that they can’t compromise Sahiba’s health. Prabjyot is worried for Sahiba. Manveer asks her not to think negatively. She doesn’t want anything to happen to Sahiba and the coming heir. Sahiba comes and asks them if they are hiding something from her. Inder and Angad cover up the matter.
Inder says that they were planning a surprise for Sahiba. He signs Manveer. Bebe says that they won’t tell her anything before the time. Garry arranges the charity gifts. Inder says that they should spread their happiness, so they decide to visit the orphanage and give gifts to the kids. Sahiba likes the idea. She says that she wants to come with them. Inder asks Sahiba to take a rest at home. She says that she is fit and fine and, she will be happy if she meets the kids. Angad is worried. Later, he gets bad news about the protest at his factory. Inder promises to look after Sahiba. Inder embraces Angad emotionally. Angad meets with an accident.
