Jhanak 17th March 2024 Written Update Risky patch. Choton sympathizes with Jhanak’s situation of being pressured to wear a white saree. He urges Anirudh to intervene but also encourages Jhanak to stand up for herself. Despite Tanuja and Shrishti’s insistence, Jhanak angrily tosses the white saree into the water. This angers Tanuja, who in turn scolds Jhanak, but she also reprimands them for their cruel behavior. Jhanak condemns Anirudh’s family for accepting his death. Despite faithfully following Dadi’s instructions, Jhanak refuses to tolerate any further humiliation and stands up for herself.
Dadi then grants her some leeway by suggesting that she dive into the deep water wearing the red saree itself. Despite not knowing how to swim, Shrishti takes Jhanak even deeper. Anirudh also cautions Jhanak about the risks involved. This unexpected concern for Jhanak surprises everyone. Suddenly, Shrishti leaves Jhanak’s hand deliberately. Jhanak begins to sink and loses consciousness while still in the water. As Jhanak vanishes beneath the surface, causing a stir among onlookers, Anirudh wastes no time in diving in after her. Despite objections from his family, he is determined to save her. Moments later, he resurfaces with Jhanak in tow. However, she is accused of purposely causing the incident.
In the midst of this, Shrishti brings up Tejas’ proposal for Jhanak’s hand in marriage. Tejas meets Shrishti at his hotel and requests that he arrange for Jhanak to be married. He assures Shristi that he will handle everything. Tejas mocks Anirudh, blaming him for causing the current situation and criticizing his character. He suspects that Anirudh may try to stop the marriage because of his feelings for Jhanak. Shrishti reassures Tejas that Anirudh won’t interfere again.
In the next episode, Jhanak will be seen cleaning the house while Anirudh notices and scolds her for wasting time. She then insults him, reminding him of her position as a servant in the household. She says that he wants to get rid of her because of her expenses. She wants to get married so that her husband can handle her expenses. He asks her why she always mentions her husband. She reminds of how he always speaks about his fiancee. Arshi is angered seeing their banter. Jhanak receives another big opportunity in her career because of Anirudh’s efforts.
