Kundali Bhagya 18th March 2024 Written Update Karan’s dilemma. Nidhi remembers helping Varun and Kavya reconcile, and becomes emotional, hugging a photo of her and Karan. She ultimately tears it up, expressing that her life is incomplete without him. When Rakhi notices Nidhi’s distressed state, she inquires about the reason behind it. Nidhi shakes her head in response, leading Rakhi to ask if Karan was involved. Without a word, Nidhi leaves the room while Rakhi resolves to speak with Karan. In the meantime, Preeta sees Dadi exiting the room and asks where she is headed. Dadi responds that she needs milk from the kitchen, but Preeta insists on staying to care for Dadi herself and offers to bring the milk instead. She then leaves to complete the task.
As Rakhi enters Karan’s room, she informs him that Nidhi is feeling upset. She suggests that Karan may have said something to upset Nidhi. Karan admits that he had an argument with Nidhi about Preeta. Rakhi determines that Preeta must be the root of their disagreement. Karan confirms that he has always held this stance, but Nidhi won’t accept it. Expressing her concern, Rakhi tells him that she cannot support him if he goes against Nidhi to support Preeta. This news surprises Karan. Reminding him of her previous wishes for his happiness with Preeta, Rakhi acknowledges that many things have changed now. She reminds him that Preeta is a part of his past and it may not be possible for them to find happiness together again.
She tells that Preeta left him years ago and no longer plays a role in his life. However, Karan counters by saying that Preeta lost her memories in an accident. Rakhi reveals that Dadi had warned Preeta against going to the hospital for vaccination but she refused to listen. In addition, Rakhi believes that Karan has become blinded by love and can only see Preeta as his love. She introduces herself as his mother and expresses her desire for his happiness. She reminds him of Nidhi’s support towards their family and children when Preeta was no longer present. She asks him to not deny Nidhi’s rights. Rakhi tells that Nidhi’s sacrifice outweighs Preeta and Karan’s love. She pleads with him not to trouble Nidhi because of Preeta.
Moreover, she informs him that Preeta will have to leave the Luthra house after treating Dadi. With that, she exits the room. Meanwhile, Rajveer inquires why Palki seems upset. Palki explains that although he told her one truth, she feels like he is hiding other truths from her. He confesses that he cannot let go of his past or his desire for revenge. He admits feeling helpless and retreats inside. In the kitchen, Nidhi attempts to end her life with the hope that Karan will remember her even after she is gone. However, Preeta arrives and notices a potential gas leak. She quickly sends Nidhi away and turns off the knob, wondering why Nidhi didn’t notice the smell of gas. Then, it dawns on her that something else may be going on.
