Anupama 19th March 2024 Written Update Anuj’s Wedding. Anuj calls up Anupama to wish her. She understands his silence and weeps. Anuj is also in tears. She thanks him for the silent birthday wishes. Anuj realizes that she has sensed his feelings. He is amazed to see her fighting spirit. He wonders how she explains her heart when she has decided to stay away from him. He doesn’t know why he isn’t able to accept her decision. He knows what he wants in his life. Shruti reaches Anuj. He asks the matter. Anupama dances with Yashdeep and the staff. They party hard. Anuj asks Shruti to take a rest. Shruti says that she has come to pick him up. He asks where are they going. She asks him to just come. Anupama enjoys the party games.
Anuj says that he has a lot of work. She insists him to come. She is very happy and wants to celebrate. Leela, Kinjal, and Pari arrive there. Kinjal wishes Anupama. Leela finds Anupama bonding with the staff as if she has a blood relationship with them. Yashdeep presents the cake and says that it was Biji’s idea to get a doll cake. Biji says that Anupama is a doll. Anupama says that the cake is very beautiful and she doesn’t want to cut it. Biji asks her to cut the cake. Anupama cuts the cake and feeds it to her loved ones. Vikram says that it’s time for a cake facial. Anupama refuses. Biji says that she will do it first.
Leela and Biji have a cute argument. Leela gives some money to Anupama. Biji says everyone has given her gifts to Anupama, and now it’s her turn. Anuj says they didn’t know about the party and just came to wish. He asks Shruti to come. Shruti says that she had done some work with Anupama. She delivers the shocking news about Anuj and her wedding. She gives the wedding invite to Anupama. Anupama controls her tears. Shruti gives the wedding catering order to Anupama. Anuj says that they should not disturb Anupama’s birthday celebrations. Shruti reminds Anupama of her promise. Anupama agrees to take up the catering order. Anuj just wants to avoid the mess and leave the scene.
Shruti invites everyone to her wedding. She says that she doesn’t have any family. She wants all of them to grace the occasion. She asks Anupama to take responsibility for her wedding. She wants Anupama to come along with the family. She says that just Anuj and Aadhya are in her life now. She doesn’t want to lose them. Anuj can’t imagine Anupama’s pain. Leela asks Anuj to move on with Shruti, who is very suitable for him. Anuj and Anupama contain their emotions in their hearts. Anupama congratulates Shruti and Anuj. Anupama and Anuj recall their marriage. She feeds the cake to them. Shruti apologizes for interrupting the party.

Vanraj keeps a condition in front of Anupama to save Paritosh from arrest.
