Jhanak 25th March 2024 Written Update Jhanak’s Surprise. Shubh states that Appu has not been taught manners by Anjana, but Choton defends Appu by saying that there could be repercussions if one speaks their mind. Choton also mentions that Appu is aware of Arshi’s reluctance to dance for just anyone, which is why she is keeping the name of the dancer a secret, possibly someone like Rumi or Mimi’s friend. Shrishti dismisses this and Anirudh notices Jhanak’s presence. Bablu remarks that they do not expect much from Shrishti as she is too focused on her status and does not consider Appu’s feelings. Dadi urges them to forget about it. However, Appu declares her support for Jhanak, who tells her to calm down. Shubh notes that the kids seem happy today, but Vinayak warns against drinking too much thandai.
Bipasha asks Shrishti about a special thandai and she responds by saying she will bring it at the right time. Bipasha then suggests giving some thandai to Jhanak, but Shrishti dismisses this idea stating that people often lose their senses after drinking it. She brings up Jhanak’s recent ad shoot and fame. Shrishti voices her belief in Arshi’s innocence, while Bipasha agrees and suggests telling Tanuja. As Tanuja arrives, she explains their efforts to resolve the situation. Shrishti expresses her concern about Anirudh, to which Tanuja reassures that once Jhanak leaves, he will move on. Bipasha then brings attention to a special item Shrishti has planned for Jhanak, who is present and joins in on the banter.
The group then comes together for a dance, with Jhanak smiling at the lively atmosphere. In Anirudh’s mind, he feels compelled to keep everyone pleased by dancing with them because of Jhanak’s presence. Arshi notices his hesitance and questions him about it, to which he playfully responds that he is nervous dancing with her. When asked if there is another reason, he denies it and they continue dancing. The family then gathers for a Bengali song performance by Rumi and Mimi, followed by dancing from the ladies.
Afterwards, Dadi invites everyone for Prasad but Shrishti declines citing her discomfort performing in Anirudh’s house lawn. Anirudh and Arshi insist Shrishti to dance. Anirudh then learns that Jhanak is going to perform on Appu’s song. He waits for Jhanak’s surprising performance. He wants everyone to see Jhanak’s dancing skills. Anirudh says that he won’t tell anyone about Jhanak’s performance. Appu teases him that he also wants to sing. He says that he will also sing along and dance with her. Appu asks for a gift. He says that he has bought chocolates for her. He wants to see how Jhanak dances to Appu’s song. Anirudh tells Arshi that he is boosting Appu’s confidence. She taunts him for making Jhanak a dancer. He says that Jhanak is already a good dancer and he has no role in making her a dancer. He says that he just supported her and gave her a good opportunity. Everyone plays Holi. Anirudh applies Holi colors to Arshi.
Appu sees everyone playing Holi and asks them to apply the colors to Jhanak. Anirudh takes a step to apply Holi colors to Jhanak. Jhanak is surprised, while Arshi and Shrishti are enraged at the sight. Anirudh tells Jhanak that he’s allowed to apply colors. He adds that he is leaving an impression on her heart.
Anirudh and Jhanak have a moment. She is cautious that everyone is watching them. He says that he has applied colors to everyone. He asks her to apply colors to him. She sternly refuses because of fear. He says that he knew she would refuse. Arshi asks him why did he apply the colors to Jhanak. He asks why is she reacting when he has applied colors to everyone. He asks her not to take stress. Shubh says that they will proceed for lunch if everyone is done singing and dancing. Appu says that it’s her turn to sing. Bablu asks Shubh to permit Appu to sing. Appu takes Jhanak to dance to her song. Jhanak refuses.
Appu compels her to dance. Jhanak dances beautifully. Anirudh also sings for Jhanak. The media covers Jhanak’s performance. Everyone applauds for Jhanak. Shrishti and Bipasha make plans to spike the thandai for Jhanak. Jhanak tells Dadi that she has to go and get the clothes from the rooftop. Tanuja asks her to have Prasad first and then go. Shrishti asks Bipasha to make sure, they aren’t caught in the act.
Jhanak takes the prasad. Anirudh likes the thandai. Bipasha says that Shrishti has got a special drink for everyone. Bipasha gives a glass to Jhanak. Jhanak gets intoxicated immediately after drinking the special thandai. Bipasha offers another glass of the special thandai to Jhanak. Jhanak starts behaving weirdly. She laughs aloud. Everyone is puzzled. Shrishti asks Bipasha to feed another glass to Jhanak. Anirudh suspects Bipasha. He asks Bipasha not to offer more drinks to Jhanak. She asks him what problem does he have. Arshi says that Jhanak will spill the secrets. He says that Jhanak is intoxicated and they must stop it. Jhanak laughs at them. Vinayak asks her to go to her room.
She says that it’s not her house and she has no room. She shares her story of pity and cries. She misses Urvashi. She says that her head is spinning. She creates a scene as Shrishti expected. She goes away from the Holi party. Anirudh asks Bipasha why she fed the drink to Jhanak. Arshi says that everyone had the drinks, but only Jhanak got intoxicated. Tanuja says that Anirudh shouldn’t worry about Jhanak. Anirudh gets worried for Jhanak. He gets saved from everyone’s sight and rushes after Jhanak. Arshi finds him going to Jhanak. Anirudh also gets drunk. He imagines Arshi in Jhanak and gets close to her. Arshi catches them romancing and rebukes Anirudh.
