She reminds him that he has been spending time with another woman. RV clarifies that the woman, Monisha, is not just anyone. Purvi remarks on it and is backed by RV’s cellmate. RV brushes off the help and tells her to leave. Purvi comments on his behavior and feels foolish for even considering helping him. As the police escort a new inmate into Monisha’s cell, she immediately questions them about the number of people that will now be sharing the already overcrowded space.
She requests to be moved to a different cell but is reminded by the officers of her current situation. The arrival of the new inmate prompts a comment from them towards Monisha, which leads to an argument between the two. Observing this altercation, the cops decide to relocate Monisha to another cell. Frustrated, Monisha turns to RV for help and asks him to intervene. RV advises her to stay calm while she vents about Purvi’s recent taunting. In response, RV promises to take action against Purvi once he is released.
Purvi asks RV to think well and shout at her because she is the last option to help him come out of jail. She asks him to just do as she tells him. She tells the inspector that RV is innocent. Monisha voices her frustration to RV about Purvi’s constant taunting. In an attempt to console her, RV shares that he too has been a target of Purvi’s taunts. He recalls how Purvi had offered to help him, but he had declined her assistance. Their cellmate interjects with a comment about Monisha and RV’s situation. Monisha becomes defensive and asks RV to intervene, but their argument is cut short by the arrival of the police. The police ask Monisha for a reasonable explanation to assure them that nothing unlawful is taking place. After realizing that the car remained unfixed, Harleen opts to walk instead.
Harman intervenes. Dadaji then updates both Harleen and Harman that he has contacted Jaswant, who is on his way with the car. Meanwhile, Dipika shares with Harleen that the lawyer informed her they could not secure bail until the morning. Furthermore, the lawyer mentioned that only RV’s wife Purvi can help him if he proclaims his innocence to the inspector. Dadi adds that she has already asked Purvi to go and release RV from prison. As Purvi gets ready to depart the police station, Dadi interrupts and relays a message from Dipika. The lawyer has informed them that only Purvi can save RV. Dadaji instructs Purvi on what needs to be done, while Harleen also appeals to her for help in freeing RV.
Agreeing to their pleas, Purvi approaches the police officer and asks for permission to meet with RV. After receiving approval, she sits down with RV and reminds him that she is his only hope for release. For this plan to work, she advises him to follow her lead and act as her husband would. Dipika reinforces this idea, emphasizing that it is his only option. As a final reminder, Purvi mentions the potential damage to his reputation if word of his arrest reaches the media. Trishna’s father is stressed out because the caterer canceled at the last minute, leaving them without food for Trishna’s wedding. Upon hearing this news, Trishna reassures her father and takes it upon herself to find a solution.
She remembers that Prachi is a caterer and decides to reach out to her. Meanwhile, Purvi pleads with the inspector on behalf of her husband RV, stating that he is innocent and Monisha was the one trying to frame him. After hearing Purvi’s plea, the inspector realizes RV’s innocence and releases him from custody. Both RV and Purvi are grateful as they leave the police station together. However, Dipika later approaches the inspector requesting Monisha’s release. The inspector explains that Monisha can only be released if she obtains bail. Trishna’s father approaches Ranbir with a problem – the caterer has canceled last minute. He then inquires if Ranbir knows of any other trusted caterers.
Without hesitation, Ranbir suggests Purvi’s mother, who runs her own catering business. Trishna’s father urges Ranbir to contact her and place an order. Agreeing to do so, Ranbir takes on the task at hand. Later, RV and Purvi exit the police station together. Curious about Purvi’s actions, RV asks why she saved him. Taking a dig at RV, Purvi explains her reasoning. They hop into a cab and head home when RV notices Dadi calling Purvi. Realizing that Dadi forced Purvi to save him, RV understands the true reason behind her actions. RV’s family arrives at the police station to post bail for Monisha.
