She mentions Karan’s name, much to Preeta’s shock. Nidhi then changes her statement and tells that Karan isn’t involved. Karan gets freed from the lockup because Nidhi saves him. Preeta rushes to meet Karan and support him. She is glad that he is innocent. Luthras is thankful to Nidhi that she has not blamed Karan for her suicide move. Later, Nidhi returns to Luthra house.
The Luthras welcome Nidhi home. Nidhi stumbles. Karan and Shaurya hold her. Everyone pampers Nidhi with much love and please her. They don’t want Nidhi to slip into depression again. They tell Nidhi that she will always be a part of their family. They appreciate her and pay her the due respect. Karan takes care of Nidhi. He treats her with love. She gets overwhelmed. She feels she has got a new life and it looks beautiful to her because she has Karan on her side. She just wants Karan’s love. She can’t live without him.
Preview Update: The police inspector will inquire with Nidhi about the cause of her suicide attempt. She will mention Karan as being responsible. This revelation will come as a surprise to the Luthra family. Kavya will express doubt to Varun about their potential marriage. The question arises: why did Nidhi implicate Karan? What response will Varun have for Kavya?
As seen before, The police inspector announced to the media that Karan’s release hinged on Nidhi’s statement. According to Preeta, Nidhi will vouch for Karan’s innocence. She also requested the police inspector and journalists to gather at the hospital tomorrow. Rakhi was reminded by Karan to be careful in her words when speaking to Preeta, who had unfortunately lost her memories and was currently employed at the hospital due to financial difficulties, despite being married into the Luthra family. However, Rakhi disagreed with Karan.

Karan is informed by the inspector that his team has visited the hospital to obtain Nidhi’s statement. However, he cautions Karan that if her account is not in his favor, he could potentially face time in jail. Meanwhile, journalists are preparing to capture Nidhi’s interview at the hospital. Anshuman is glued to the breaking news. In another location, Daljeet clarifies to Shanaya that she will call off their marriage if Karan is imprisoned. But Shanaya reassures her that her life holds more value than any material possessions. She promises Daljeet that she will marry Shaurya regardless of the circumstances. Palki suggests that Daljeet watch the interview before making any decision.
Rakhi hopes for a successful interview for Nidhi, as Karan’s release hinges on it. The journalist inquires why Nidhi chose to attempt suicide. Reflecting on her fight with Karan, Nidhi is asked by the police inspector to speak without fear and reveal the truth about her decision. He inquires about the person responsible, to which Nidhi states Karan’s name, shocking everyone present. However, she clarifies that he is not accountable for anything. Anshuman is also taken aback by this revelation. Nidhi then discloses that she had been taking anti-depression medication. As a result, the doctor removes both the police and journalists from the room. After Karan’s release, he arrives at the hospital where Preeta greets him and expresses her gratitude for his freedom.
She assures him that Nidhi played a major role in bringing about his release. The Luthras also arrive and thank Preeta for standing by them during this time. Humble as always, Preeta insists that she did not do anything extraordinary and leaves the group for their reunion. Meanwhile, the Luthras meet with Nidhi, and Shaurya shares how afraid they were throughout Karan’s ordeal. Nidhi takes responsibility for causing them trouble and apologizes sincerely. Rakhi intervenes, asking Nidhi not to apologize as she is grateful for her statement in Karan’s favor. Dadi also expresses her gratitude towards Nidhi before Daljeet and her daughters join the group. A concerned Shaurya asks about Nidhi’s discharge date, to which the doctor responds that she can be discharged in two days.
Next, Rakhi greets Nidhi, and Karan escorts the latter inside the house. Varun reaches out to Kavya for an update on Nidhi’s release from the hospital. Kavya informs him that Karan has brought Nidhi home and Varun relays this information to her. However, she suggests delaying the wedding due to Nidhi’s condition and ends the call. Varun then relays this news to Roma, who becomes upset. Gautam steps in to calm her down while Karan contacts Preeta to let her know that Nidhi is now home. Preeta promises to visit Nidhi and quickly tells Rajveer that she is going to see a friend before leaving. Meanwhile, Varun asks Gautam about Roma’s whereabouts, but he speculates that she may have gone to the Luthra house.
When Preeta finally arrives at Nidhi’s side, she offers her some fruit, but Nidhi dismisses it as insincere care and begins coughing. Preeta then goes to get her some water. Rakhi advises Preeta not to meddle in their family affairs, causing her to retreat to the kitchen. From there, Karan inquires about Rakhi’s words. She responds by reiterating that he should refrain from getting involved in family matters and concentrate on his work. Meanwhile, Nidhi blames Karan for everything and excuses Preeta for any wrongdoing. Preeta then appears with water for Nidhi, who promptly apologizes to her. Shortly after, Palki, Shanaya, and Karan join them in the kitchen.
