Teri Meri Doriyaan 26th March 2024 Written Update Sahiba meets Angad. Simran slices the cake and proceeds to serve each member of the Brar family except for Kirat. As Jasleen converses with Manveer about Angad’s devotion towards Simran, Manveer makes plans for Angad’s remarriage. Later on, Simran playfully asks Angad about his gift, to which he playfully responds that he forgot and teases her. Daljeet instructs Akir in the art of bicycling. Subsequently, Sahiba reveals a piggy bank to him and proposes a method for saving money for his bicycle. Akir eagerly displays a top-of-the-line bicycle that has caught his eye.
Daljeet readily agrees to purchase it, solely focused on his son’s happiness and not considering its price. Angad presents Simran with a hoverboard, which she gratefully accepts. While chatting, Angad mistakenly refers to Simran as “princess” and this reminds him of Sahiba. Fueled by anger, he storms out. Meanwhile, Daljeet considers taking on a part-time mechanic job to buy Akir’s dream bicycle. Overhearing this, Sahiba inquires about when Daljeet will have time to rest if he works day and night. Daljeet assures her that he will do anything for their son, including eventually buying him a large house.
Later on, Angad enters his son’s room to wish him a happy birthday and looks at the cradle while reflecting on his unborn child. He acknowledges that he is celebrating Simran’s birthday as if it were his own since he does not know when his unborn child would have been born had they been alive. Akir’s principal expresses her pride to Daljeet and Sahiba as Akir has been selected for the district-level science quiz at GGT International School. Teri Meri Doriyaan 26th March 2024 Written Update Sahiba meets Angad:
As Angad remembers his lost son, he speaks to an empty photo frame as if his son were still there. Promising to open a gift for him, Angad reveals a rocket inside. Curious about how his son would have liked it, Angad reflects on Sahiba and leaves the room. Meanwhile, Sahiba helps Akir prepare for school while Dadi feeds him Kheer. Twinkle muses that Akir is the only child who enjoys going to school, to which Dadi points out that everyone is different. Twinkle reminds them of her academic success, but Akir chimes in, comparing himself to his mother’s achievements.
Sahiba receives a phone call from the principal and, together with Daljeet, they visit the principal’s office. The principal proudly shares that Akir has been chosen for the district-level science competition at Ludhiana GGT International School and suggests that they take him there. Daljeet agrees. Meanwhile, Simran invites Angad to be the chief guest for her upcoming school quiz competition. Angad accepts and Simran even helps him choose an appropriate outfit. Later on, Sahiba realizes that they also need Akir’s birth certificate for his competition application and prepares all the necessary documents.
Sahiba tells Akir that he can’t participate in the science competition this year and suggests he should try next year instead. However, Akir insists on going this year and reminds Sahiba of the amount of effort he put into earning this opportunity. Despite his plea, Sahiba remains firm in her decision. When Daljeet asks for clarification, Bani accidentally wanders into the baby’s room while playing. In response, Simran scolds Bani for disregarding Angad’s clear instructions not to enter that room. Kirat defends Bani, saying she didn’t know and is just a child.
Angad arrives and asks Kirat to refrain from harshly speaking to Simran. Kirat explains that Simran scolded Bani, but Angad avoids addressing the issue and Simran leaves the room. Feeling frustrated, Kirat confides in Garry that she’s being unfairly reprimanded for something she didn’t do and believes she’s being punished simply because she’s Sahiba’s sister. She promises to handle the situation herself but warns that if anyone mistreats Bani, she will not remain silent. As Sahiba examines Akir’s birth certificate, she notices the space beside the father’s name. Memories flood her mind of when she was first asked to fill in that information after Akir’s birth.
Daljeet then urges her to write down the father’s name only if he is willing to take on the responsibility. However, Sahiba decides to leave the space blank. In a comforting tone, Daljeet reminds her that Akir needs to learn how to handle rejection. Still unsure of her actions, Sahiba wonders if she is doing the right thing by keeping the truth from his family. But Daljeet reassures her by recalling how happy Biji and Twinkle were when he brought her here as his wife.
