Anupama 29th March 2024 Written Update Paritosh returns. Paritosh remembers Pari’s words. Anuj visits him. Paritosh begs him to forgive him and rescue him from the jail. He says that he didn’t do anything for the sake of greed, but to save his family. He admits that he got scared. He promises to reform and not trouble anyone. Anuj remembers that Anupama is hurt. He tells Paritosh that the police have called him because it was his event. He doesn’t know what the client will decide. Paritosh asks him to just understand him as a father and help him out. Anupama stays tense and thinks of Paritosh. Pari asks her if Paritosh is in jail. She asks him if Paritosh did anything wrong to get jailed. She wants to know if he is a bad man.

Anupama says that Paritosh isn’t a bad man, but he has made a mistake. She finds it hard to explain to her. Kavya reaches Anupama and finds her crying. Pari tells the kids that Anupama explained the matter and she is feeling better now. Anupama tells Kavya that Paritosh left no option for her and she couldn’t do anything. She feels disheartened seeing him in the jail. Kavya consoles her. Anuj convinces the client to withdraw the case. He thinks to message Anupama and tell her about Paritosh. He hears Shruti confessing love to him. Shruti talks in sleep. She wants Anuj and Aadhya in her life.

She just wants Anuj to move on with her. Anuj gets worried. The next day, Vanraj and Leela taunt Anupama for being heartless towards Paritosh. Anupama says that she won’t go to see Paritosh. Paritosh arrives home with confidence and attitude. He tells Anupama that he has come back because he got bail after the client withdrew the case. Vanraj hugs Paritosh, who reveals that Anuj has convinced the client. Paritosh says that Anuj came to meet him and he got him out of jail. Anupama says that she is happy for Paritosh, but he still has to return the money to Ron.

She spoils the fun. She asks Vanraj who will pay the money to the goons. Vanraj assures Paritosh that he will pay the money. He is glad that Paritosh has come back. Paritosh says that the jail was like hell. Anupama says that she knows it. Kinjal avoids Paritosh. Pari is happy to see him back. He embraces her. Anuj takes care of Shruti. She apologizes to him. She says that she doesn’t remember anything. He tells her that she didn’t do anything stupid, but she has done something else. She wants to know what she has done. He says that she didn’t do anything and it’s surprising. She beats him for building the suspense. She tells him that Aadhya suggested they go shopping for the marriage.

Anuj asks Aadhya and Shruti to plan anything they want. She hugs him and confesses her love. Aadhya is glad to see them and says that she finally got her family. Later, Anupama comes to meet Anuj at his office. She asks him why did he get Paritosh bailed. He says that he has done this for her sake. He doesn’t want to see her in sorrow. She doesn’t want him to interfere in her life and family matters. He doesn’t want Paritosh’s family to get punished. He asks her to think of Kinjal and Pari. He doesn’t want Pari to undergo any trauma. He asks her to try to understand him because he can’t see her or her family hurt.

She regrets that she had taken the step to reform Paritosh. She wanted him to learn a lesson. She asks why did he rescue Paritosh in a day. She doesn’t think Anuj did the right thing. Anuj asks her to think of anything. He apologizes to her. He admits that he has taken the money for her sake. He says that he is sorry, but he can’t see her hurt.

The Maan song plays in the background, while Anuj shows the poetic vibes. They cry and she departs. Anupama comes to the restaurant and complains to Yashdeep about Paritosh. She says that Anuj has rescued Paritosh and now the latter will never change. She asks him if there is any problem. She finds him worried. She asks about the restaurant. He says that he didn’t know about the loans. Vikram asks Anupama to make new videos, or else the channel followers to go away. Anupama says that the chef job is her identity now. Vikram asks her to keep her presence active on social media. He tells her about the cooking competition. He adds that she will get much more famous once she wins the competition. Anupama refuses.

Yashdeep hides the matter. He asks Anupama to participate. Vikram praises Anupama with love. Yashdeep asks her to try once. Anupama agrees to consider it. She is happy that she is a part of Spice and Chutney. Yashdeep can’t tell her that the restaurant might get shut. In the next episode, Anupama learns about Yashdeep’s problem. She decides to participate in the cooking competition and win the reward money to help him pay off the loans and save the restaurant. Shruti surprises Anuj by wearing a mangalsutra. He apologizes to her and removes it from her neck, stating that it belongs to Anupama. He asks her to never wear it again. Anupama promises Yashdeep that she will do anything to save the restaurant.
