Jhanak 2nd April 2024 Written Update Horrible Groom. Anirudh mentions that Jhanak appears to be in a rush to get married while Jhanak expresses her desire to leave the current conversation. Anirudh suggests taking time and thinking carefully about marriage, to which Jhanak responds with disinterest and requests for a change of topic. Anirudh then asks if there is anything important on her mind, bringing up her excessive consumption of thandai during Holi and asking if it had any negative effects. Jhanak speculates that it may not have agreed with her, leading Anirudh to inquire how many times she drank it. After recalling roughly two or three times, Anirudh admits drinking more and questions why she had an issue with it. He then offers to review the CCTV footage from the event to clear any confusion.
Feeling accused of lying, Jhanak defends herself while Anirudh reiterates his intention of wanting clarity on the matter. She urges to end the matter, explaining that she feels indebted for the help she received in saving her life and wants to repay it. He then points out her financial stability and confident personality. She clarifies that she only acquired the funds because of his influence and therefore wants to use it to show her gratitude. He agrees but reminds her not to burden herself with repaying all the favors. Instead, he suggests sending him the bill so he can get a better idea of who this guy is. She redirects his attention towards their mutual friend, Arshi, stating that she is not his responsibility.
Surprised by her seemingly cold response, he comments on her being heartless. Hurt by his words, she denies ever thinking of him like that before and explains that she is simply exhausted. He takes this as his cue to leave and wishes her well in finding a potential suitor who will appreciate her. As Jhanak descends the stairs, she notices the presence of a man chosen by Shrishti for the alliance. Shrishti excitedly announces that Jhanak can get married within a week. Just then, Anirudh enters the room. Arshi enthusiastically shares that both parties have given their approval. Anirudh agrees and suggests that the wedding take place from this location. Shrishti hides her big plan of replacing the groom and getting Jhanak married to Tejas. Will Anirudh learn Shrishti’s plan and get married to Jhanak once again to save her life? Anirudh tells Jhanak that he is fed up with answering everyone. He doesn’t want his actions to be regarded as sin. He hopes that she is chosen by the guy, who comes to meet her. She says that even she wants to leave at the earliest. He says that he will celebrate her wedding, and even Urvashi will be glad to see her marrying willingly. They both hide their tears from each other. Anjana asks Appu to have medicines. Appu refuses. Shubh loses his cool when Appu shouts. He rebukes Appu. He says that Shrishti is getting the guy home to fix Jhanak’s alliance. He asks Anjana to restrain Appu in her room. He is sure that Jhanak’s marriage will get fixed. He doesn’t want to see any drama. Appu says that Jhanak is already married to Anirudh. Shubh angrily yells at her. He says that she shouldn’t tell anyone about Anirudh and Jhanak’s marriage.
He threatens to send Appu to the hospital if she causes harm to Anirudh’s future. He asks Appu to stop crying and not insult the family in front of the guests. Anjana consoles Appu. She asks Appu not to mention about Anirudh’s marriage. She wants Appu to promise, that she won’t tell to anyone. Appu promises her. Elsewhere, Choton comes to an international school. He learns about a strict principal. He wants to meet her once and sell the books. He requests the guard to help him. The guard asks him to meet Ramlal Kaka. Choton thinks to convince Ramlal Kaka and the principal also. Bipasha and Rumi deck up Jhanak for the special meeting. Rumi makes fun of Jhanak’s fake marriage with Anirudh.
Bipasha asks Jhanak to answer the guy’s family simply without causing any complications. She says that Shrishti has found a Kashmiri guy for Jhanak. Bipasha and Rumi target Jhanak. Jhanak says that Anirudh gets her everything she needs, but she has always tried to return it. She respects him. She asks Bipasha to stop questioning her. Jhanak gets upset. Bipasha calls Jhanak greedy for money. Jhanak defends herself. She says that greedy people always want more, she doesn’t ask them for anything and she isn’t greedy at all. Choton meets Ramlal Kaka and finds him very strict. He laughs at getting grilled by the peon. Ramlal says that Choton has got late and he won’t get an appointment. Choton lies to him.
Ramlal asks him not to tell any story. Choton shares his life’s pain with him. The Principal comes out of the cabin and hears Choton’s pleas to Ramlal. Choton lies about his wife and family. He adds that he has six children and they will die of hunger if he doesn’t sell the books. Ramlal agrees to help him. Jhanak tells Bipasha that she has self-respect in her. She says that she never asked them for money when she worked as a maid in the house. Rumi says that they have let her stay in their house. Jhanak says that they have forced her to stay and become their maid. She doesn’t want to get any bad title. She says that she is working for free because she respects the favors done by Anirudh. She makes it clear that she respects Anirudh’s family only because of him. Bipasha feels humiliated. Shrishti introduces the big businessman to the Bose Family. She says that Avinash is her cousin. Appu arrives there. She sees Avinash and tells him that Jhanak’s husband can’t be so old. She asks Shrishti if she has chosen an old man for Jhanak. Anjana stops her. Anirudh wants to be at home and meet the guy. He feels responsible for Jhanak. He can’t let her life get ruined. Anirudh cancels his meeting. He rushes to home. Shrishti says that Avinash has agreed to marry Jhanak. Rumi gets Jhanak there.
Jhanak is also shocked to meet Avinash, who isn’t suitable for her in any way, being Shrishti and Urvashi’s far cousin and Jhanak’s uncle in relations. shrishti proves she is evil and can stoop to any level. In the next episode, Anirudh reaches home and lies that he came to pick up a file. Arshi says that Jhanak and Avinash have given their consent. Anirudh dislikes Avinash. He urges Jhanak to just speak up and refuse. Jhanak stays silent and agrees to marry Avinash. Anirudh asks her to stop living in fear and fight back for her love. She replies that she is doing this for the sake of her love. He gets puzzled, unaware that Jhanak has fallen in love with him.
