YRKKH 7th April 2024 Written Update Akshara’s birthday. Abhira carefully joins back Akshara’s torn photo, while Armaan sympathizes with her. She wonders if he came to reprimand her, and requests that he give her some time. Armaan embraces Abhira and brings up Akshara’s upcoming birthday. Despite Abhira declining his help in preparing for the occasion, Armaan insists on planning it. Eventually, Abhira agrees and even decides to find out who gave Akshara’s picture for framing. Manish asks the photo studio guy to investigate the source of the collage. Swarna urges him to return home quickly. Abhira reaches there but she is unable to see Manish. Swarna then informs Manish that Ruhi’s presence will prevent them from celebrating Akshara’s birthday.
However, Manish remains determined to celebrate and Swarna and Surekha try to persuade him otherwise. Finally, Manish becomes hopeful about a fresh start for their family. Armaan surprises Abhira with her favorite noodles, lighting a candle on top of a noodle cake he made. The couple then cuts the special cake to celebrate Akshara’s birthday. Abhira is smitten by his thoughtful gesture. Armaan asks her to join him in celebrating the special day. As she makes her wish, Armaan tells Abhira that he has planned a party for Akshara’s birthday. Meanwhile, at the temple, Manish is joined by Swarna and Surekha, and they all express their concern for Ruhi.
Just as they begin to worry about the whereabouts of Goenkas, Ruhi arrives at the temple and listens to Akshara’s song played by Manish. Suddenly, Madhav calls Manish to inform him that he has learned about Akshara and reveals that she used to live in Kasauli. Ruhi is shocked when she sees Goenkas commemorating Akshara’s birthday. Manish pleads with Ruhi to pardon Akshara for his sake. But, Ruhi remains firm in her decision not to forgive Akshara. This situation deeply troubles Manish as he worries about Akshara’s well-being.
In an attempt to make him understand, Ruhi questions how he can compare her pain to Akshara’s when she still has Abhimanyu, Abhir, and another child whereas she is completely alone. She can’t fathom how Manish could equate them in different scenarios. Abhira frantically searches for Akshara’s family and implores God for assistance. Despite his pleas, Ruhi breaks down and questions if her love for Manish will now diminish. She requests him to celebrate Akshara’s birthday without her. As they continue their search, Abhira fails to locate any of the Goenkas. On the other hand, Armaan takes charge of planning Akshara’s birthday celebration but faces confrontation from Kaveri who accuses Abhira of causing trouble yet again.
In defense of Abhira, Armaan takes a stand which infuriates Kaveri even more. Abhira plans a birthday celebration at the orphanage. Manish reaches the same orphanage and gets a cake for the kids to celebrate Akshara’s birthday. The lady says that the kids are already celebrating someone’s birthday. She requests Manish to join the party. Abhira sings and dances with the kids to stay happy and please Akshara’s soul. Manish and Abhira fail to see each other once again.
