Jhanak 7th May 2024 Written Update Confused Anirudh. Appu admires how Jhanak looks in the saree gifted by Anirudh, but Jhanak is hesitant to accept it. Appu then assumes that Anirudh gave the saree to her, and they briefly discuss him. Appu mentions that Anirudh has changed since marrying Arshi, but Jhanak asks her to stop talking about him. Appu sympathizes with their mother who works hard all day, while Shubh and Tanuja criticize Bablu and Anjana, upsetting Appu. Jhanak cheers her up and assures her that one day all her worries will disappear. Appu wishes Jhanak a happy married life as she becomes the newest member of the Bose household.
She believes that if Jhanak had chosen to wed Anirudh, it would have been ideal for everyone involved. However, her comment makes Jhanak uncomfortable and she asks Appu to refrain from speaking further. Appu has always believed that Jhanak and Anirudh would make a good match, especially since she dislikes Arshi. Arshi, on the other hand, claims that Anirudh was in love with Jhanak but she did not reciprocate his feelings. This angers Jhanak and she scolds Appu for her thoughtless words. Just then, Anirudh arrives and reprimands Appu for being late. He also chides Jhanak for her tardiness, causing them to bicker with each other yet again.
Jhanak is not interested in attending the Ashirwad function as she has nothing to do there. She is aware that if she decides not to go, she will face criticism from others. Suddenly, as Jhanak becomes unsteady, Anirudh quickly catches her to prevent her from falling. The situation does not go unnoticed by Appu, who teases them for getting closer. Eventually, the engagement party begins at the wedding venue, hosted by Shrishti and Vinayak who warmly welcome everyone. However, Vinayak feels like something is missing as his relatives are not present. To keep him quiet, Shrishti intervenes.
As Appu admires the stunning decoration of the house, she can’t help but envision the same level of glamour at her wedding. However, her mother reminds her that she has no plans to get married. This causes a scene and offends others at the party. Both Shrishti and Bipasha criticize Jhanak’s beautiful red saree, which she reveals was a gift from Anirudh. Jhanak will be attending Anirudh and Arshi’s engagement party as well. Later on, Anirudh will make Jhanak promise to focus on her upcoming exams. Jhanak promises him by holding his hand. She feels current by his touch and realizes that she has something in her heart for Anirudh. She tries to decode her feelings of love for Anirudh.
