However, Shruti does not let her off the hook and reminds her of her promise. Aadhya reassures her that she hasn’t forgotten. Later, Anuj shares information with Shruti regarding Gulati and Rahul being responsible for the closure of Spice and Chutney. He assures them that once he returns, he will speak to the food critic and inquire why she rushed to file a complaint with the food department. Hearing this news, both Aadhya and Shruti become uneasy with worry.
Kavya expresses her wish for Gulati to receive consequences. Pakhi adds that he is a shrewd businessman and will not reveal the truth. She points out that their mother does not have the financial means to continue fighting indefinitely. Kavya reminds everyone that not everyone has the same faith in evidence as her. After doubting Paritosh, Kinjal apologizes to him. However, Paritosh dismisses her apology, knowing that she will eventually blame him as Anupama does always. Kinjal insists on apologizing and then leaves. Leela questions Biji why she came when the restaurant was closed and suggests that they could have saved some money.

This sparks an argument between them, but Kinjal interrupts and asks them to stop fighting. Yashdeep confesses to Hasmukh that if it weren’t for the wedding, he would never have mustered the courage to face Anupama. He assures her that he will not repeat his actions and vows to support her. Vanraj remarks that Anupama has a certain charm that draws people towards her, to which Yashdeep adds that it is because of her inherent goodness. He even claims that he would go through fire and water for her.

Anupama inquires of Hasmukh whether he took the medicine. Yashdeep resolves to stand up for Anupama’s innocence. Hasmukh ponders that Smith is accountable for the predicament. Anuj concurs with Hasmukh and decides to investigate why Smith hastily released the news to the media. Anupama assures them that Spice and Chutney will reopen. Yashdeep questions Anupama if she plans on working with them again, or if she intends to go back to the USA. Meanwhile, Anuj wonders what her thoughts are on the matter. Aadhya expresses her wish for Anupama not to return to the US.
However, Anupama ultimately announces her decision to go back there. After the wedding, Anupama intends to start fresh and make her dreams come true. The Shahs offer their support and Anupama expresses gratitude for being proven innocent. Anuj appears and is reminded of Anupama’s admission. An awkward silence ensues as Anupama thanks him for always believing in her. Anuj encourages her to maintain eye contact and reveals that he often thinks about her. He confesses that he can’t bear to see her cry or in pain. However, when Anupama requests him not to develop feelings for her, he reminds her that things change with time. Aadhya anxiously awaits Anuj’s arrival, wondering if he and Anupama are spending time together.

In response, Vanraj reveals that he is occupied with an important task. Meanwhile, Anupama receives a message from KD and Vikram. KD requests for Anupama’s swift return. During their conversation, Devika and Anupama discuss a mysterious phone call. After much thought, Devika decides to sneakily take Vanraj’s phone. However, Anupama ultimately dismisses the idea. Undeterred, Devika decides to follow Vanraj wherever he goes. As for Vanraj himself, he sets out determined to disrupt Dimple and Titu’s wedding ceremony.
