Jhanak 27th June 2024 Written Update Final separation. Anirudh gets in touch with Arshi, checking on her whereabouts. She assures him that she will be there in 2 minutes. Just then, Jhanak shows up and Anirudh almost collides with her. In irritation, he gets into a heated conversation with her. In a friendly manner, Jhanak proposes they grab some tea together. As Anirudh mentions the upcoming arrival of Arshi and her family, Jhanak offers to help in any way she can.
Anirudh requests her to take good care of their guests and she agrees. Anirudh vents his anger on her because she has rejected his love. Jhanak has no other option than to make him away so that he can happily marry Arshi. They make their way downstairs where Shubh has already prepared the document. Shubh informs his relatives about Anirudh and Jhanak’s unconventional marriage, emphasizing that it was against their families’ wishes. He explains that Jhanak is not from a wealthy background like theirs, and although she is related to Shrishti, it is a distant connection. This fact bothers Shubh, even though some of their relatives are not well-off either.
Furthermore, he mentions that Anirudh is in a committed relationship with Arshi. However, he also notes that Jhanak has a passion for dance and will likely leave once Arshi gets married. Due to this, Shubh believes their marriage should be annulled. He directs Anirudh to sign the papers, which Jhanak tearfully does as well while receiving applause from everyone present. Shubh is concerned about any potential issues arising in Anirudh and Arshi’s future, especially if Jhanak changes her mind in the years to come and demands her rights. To avoid any complications, we must handle this situation now. Shupra agrees with Shubh’s reasoning. Arshi raises a valid point that since the marriage never officially took place, they need to annul it through these papers to ensure Anirudh and Jhanak are no longer bound together. Bablu questions why this needs to be done immediately. Shubh clarifies that as a lawyer, he understands the importance of taking care of legal matters promptly. Dadu reminds everyone that they have all witnessed the lack of relationship between Anirudh and Jhanak. He questions the necessity of all these actions. Shubh asks Anirudh and Jhanak to sign the papers. Jhanak agrees to sign.
Anirudh and Jhanak exchange glances. He has thoughts about her rejecting him, while she worries about his well-being. She never demanded anything from him, nor did she mention wanting to accept the marriage. Meanwhile, Jhanak believes that today marks the end of their bond and Anirudh will be happy with Arshi. Shrishti then urges them to sign the papers, while Tanuja mocks Jhanak and asks her to do so too. In that moment, Anirudh hopes that Jhanak will stand up for herself and refuse to sign, revealing her true feelings about the marriage. However, Jhanak is overcome with emotion and signs the papers instead. This saddens Anirudh.
Arshi and the others request him to sign, while Jhanak suggests that it would be best if he signs quickly. Anirudh, on the other hand, feels that he is not heartless like Jhanak and his heart is breaking at the ease with which she signed. He adds that although he knows his father has prepared these papers, he wants to read them thoroughly before signing. Arshi reassures him by saying that she has already carefully read through the papers and urges him to sign. Anirudh then looks at Jhanak and proceeds to sign the papers. At this point, Jhanak starts crying, while Shrishti remarks that one problem has been resolved. Dadi excitedly asks Anjana to bring some sweets but Anjana declines.
Jhanak expresses her belief that her duties are completed and she must leave. Vinayak requests for Jhanak’s new address. Jhanak replies that she is not sure of her next destination, but is happy to attend the wedding. To Choton’s surprise, Mrinalini and her father arrive at their house. Choton becomes tense upon seeing them. Mrinalini’s father notices Choton and comments on him, wondering why he is hiding from them. Mrinalini explains that Choton must have recognized them and chose to hide instead. Her father then calls out to Choton, who reveals himself and greets them politely. He questions why his family invited them over, to which Mrinalini responds by saying they came for the rasam. Mrinalini and Choton argue like always.
Anjana and Jhanak bring the food for Anirudh’s rasam. Bablu invites Anirudh to have food with them, while Choton complains about Mrinalini to her father. Mrinalini reprimands Choton and questions his honesty, given that he has lied about his identity just for one order. Dadi compliments Anjana on her beautiful decorations, but Anjana credits Jhanak for doing all the work. Arshi commends Jhanak’s efforts and asks if she has also prepared any dishes, to which Anjana confirms and encourages Arshi to try them out. Anirudh refuses to eat the food prepared by Jhanak and hurts her by acting romantic towards Arshi. He admits that he loves only Arshi and he is going to marry her.
