Ansh inquires Pari about Hasmukh and Leela’s whereabouts. Pari relays Kinjal’s update that they have gone to visit relatives. Expressing his boredom without them, Ansh is joined by Ishani and Mahi in missing Hasmukh and Leela. Meanwhile, Kinjal becomes emotional. Paritosh asks her what has happened, causing Kinjal to reflect on Hasmukh and Leela. Paritosh remarks that they are always seeking attention and leave the house voluntarily. He adds that they are now enjoying their retired life. This irks Kinjal who scolds him for lacking shame. Paritosh then tries to dissuade Kinjal from going to the USA but she makes up her mind to return home.
In an attempt to lift their spirits, Pari suggests that the kids prepare a family tree as a gift for Hasmukh and Leela. But Kinjal voices her concern about the survival of the Shah household without Leela’s presence. Anupama recalls her promise to Aadhya and questions why she is constantly facing unhappiness. She wonders if she is undeserving of happiness and regrets causing sadness for Anuj. Anuj searches for Anupama and inquires with Vanraj about her whereabouts. When Anupama returns, Anuj informs the Shahs of his plans to depart for the USA. In response, Vanraj encourages Anuj to move forward in life, leading to a disagreement between them about love. Ultimately, Anuj declares that love prevails in the end.
This news leaves an astonished Anupama, who expresses her farewell to Ansh, Mahi, Ishani, and Pari. Grateful for their hospitality, Anuj gives his thanks to the Shah family. Pari questions if Anupama will be accompanying him to America, prompting Vanraj to request an answer from her. However, when asked to sign the NOC, she suggested meeting at the temple instead of complying. Upon meeting at the temple, Anuj eagerly anticipates a proposal from Anupama but is instead met with a challenge as she explains that he must gather the courage to accept her offer. Excited by this prospect, Aadhya destroys all evidence of their relationship through burning pictures of them together. Anupama requests that Anuj demonstrate his affection for her.
In response, he reads poetry to her and suggests she propose. However, Anupama then asks him to leave her forever, leaving Anuj in disbelief. She encourages him to move on with his life and accept her proposal, but Anuj believes she is joking and asks her not to test his love. Finally, Anupama gives him an ultimatum: to choose between her or Aadhya. She reveals that Aadhya only wants Anuj and Shruti.
