Maati Se Bandhi Dor 15th July 2024 Written Update. Jaya confesses to Vaiju her confusion over what to wear. Vaiju kindly offers her a saree gifted by Durga. As Jaya goes to put it on, Sulekha intervenes and adjusts her pallu. She then suggests that Jaya change her approach to dressing. Vaiju joins them and points out that Jaya has always been comfortable in these types of clothes. Sulekha questions if Vasundara and Ranvijay have taken notice of Jaya’s attire, to which Vaiju reminds them that everyone has the right to dress as they please without seeking permission. This sparks a disagreement between Sulekha and Vaiju until Vasundara walks in. Sulekha draws attention to Jaya’s sleeveless blouse, prompting Jaya to offer to change if it bothers anyone.
However, Ranvijay steps in and compliments her beauty, taking her out with him. While all this unfolds, Vaiju stands by quietly, concealing her hurt feelings. Vasundara proceeds to show Ragini and Sulekha some traditional jewelry for Jaya, explaining the significance of the mangalsutra. As Vaiju reminisces about her marriage with Ranvijay in Jhumri Patan, Vasundara’s words about the significance of the marital accessories bring up a wave of emotion within her.
On a date with Jaya, Ranvijay finds himself consumed with thoughts of revealing the truth to her. When Jaya asks if he is thinking about Vaiju and if he has something to tell her, Ranvijay struggles to find the words. Eventually, he confesses that he and Vaiju are in a relationship. As Vaiju unpacks her belongings and holds onto each of the marriage accessories, she can’t help but cry as she remembers Vasundara’s poignant words. Ranvijay and Vaiju confirm their marriage, with Vaiju admitting that she no longer believes in rituals despite her previous trust and faith in them. Ranvijay explains to Jaya that he had no other option but to proceed with the marriage. However, Jaya suddenly falls ill and passes out in Ranvijay’s arms.
Vaiju calls her grandmother and falsely claims that she simply wants to talk. Despite her grandmother’s suspicion, Vaiju refuses to reveal the truth. Eventually, Vaiju’s grandmother decides to visit the married couple herself. In his efforts to wake Jaya, Ranvijay comes to regret divulging the truth to her. He quickly takes her to the hospital where the attending doctor inquires about what has transpired. The doctor sternly rebukes Ranvijay, reminding him that he had been warned not to subject Jaya to any emotional stress. Ranvijay soon realizes that he had left his phone behind at the restaurant and uses the hospital’s landline to contact Vasundara and Ragini.
Vaiju happens upon Arhan playing on Ragini’s phone and answers Ranvijay’s call. In a hurry, Ranvijay instructs Vaiju to retrieve his credit card and relay its number to him. To her surprise, Vaiju learns that Jaya is at the hospital. Upon regaining consciousness, Jaya questions Ranvijay about the validity of his words at the restaurant. Trying to dodge this uncomfortable conversation, Ranvijay makes up an excuse, causing Vaiju much distress with his harsh words. Realizing his mistake, Ranvijay apologizes to Vaiju for his actions.
