Jhanak 16th July 2024 Written Update Jhanak shines. Jhanak has been tasked with preparing the food for Guruji, while he in turn requests that the participants rehearse their dance before going on stage. Each participant displays their dance abilities individually, much to Jhanak’s fascination as she watches from the kitchen. She is amazed by their skills. After some time, Guruji provides them with additional training, giving instructions on a few steps. He then calls upon Jhanak to rewind the music. Later, Choton arrives at Mrinalini’s house and immediately asks her why he was called there.
It leads to yet another argument between them about the same issue. Choton declares that he will only marry his beloved, and Mrinalini becomes even more angry upon hearing this love story and demands that he tell his family instead. However, Choton refuses to reveal anything about his love life and insists that Mrinalini was the one who interrupted his meeting with his beloved. Offended by his impudent behavior, Mrinalini storms inside with Choton following closely behind. Guruji instructs the participants to incorporate classical music into their performances. In addition, he introduces them to some mudras, but unfortunately, not everyone can imitate him.
However, Jhanak can flawlessly execute them and when Guruji inquires if she has a background in dance, she denies it. One observant participant notices that Jhanak is easily mimicking the steps with precision. Despite her denials, Guruji urges her to showcase her skills and Jhanak surprises everyone with her passionate dancing. As Choton and Mrinalini enter the room, the rest of the group discusses Choton’s upcoming marriage. His father directly asks him if he has feelings for someone else and Choton confesses his love for another girl. This revelation angers both Ajanta and Choton’s parents who feel betrayed by his secrecy. They make it clear that they will only accept Mrinalini as their future daughter-in-law.
Jhanak 16th July 2024 Written Update Jhanak shines:
Guru ji instructs Jhanak to retrieve some tea, then he turns to the students and requests they showcase their talents. One of the participants, Ajit, performs a Bollywood western routine, which earns applause from everyone in the room. Showing her approval, Jhanak also joins in the clapping. Impressed by Ajit’s performance, Guru Ji calls on Muskaan next. She reveals she will be performing Bharatnatyam, and Guru Ji encourages her to begin. In another part of the house, Anjana urges Mrinalini to go see if Choton has arrived. However, Mrinalini refuses and Dadi advises her not to get upset. Baren intervenes and sends Mrinalini to open the door. With sadness in his voice, Dadu expresses regret that he was unable to instill good principles in his son and truly understand him.
Anjana advises having faith in Choton, while Baren believes Mrinalini’s honesty and suggests allowing Choton to marry the girl he likes. Dadu insists that Choton should clarify the matter, as their family is becoming embarrassed. Meanwhile, Muskaan dances and Guru Ji announces that they will work on resolving the situation. He then invites Abhijeet to showcase his dance skills by performing “Jai Jai Shiv Shankar.” Jhanak brings tea for Guru Ji to taste and he is pleased with its flavor. He asks the students to correct their mistakes, as he instructs Jhanak to play some music from the phone. As they dance together, Mrinalini interrupts their joyful moment by opening the door.
Upon seeing Choton, she asks him why he was summoned there and if he is angry. He tells her to speak normally and not say anything illogical. She becomes agitated and questions why she shouldn’t express herself since he has a secret lover. He urges her not to make a scene and reminds her about their family’s reputation before asking her to calm down and control her anger. She retaliates, demanding for him to stop talking nonsense as they continue arguing with one another.
Choton declares that he will put an end to this battle. his opponent might wonder why he took so long to return, they could even be under the impression that he was seeking consolation from me. She scolds him for not being honest. He pleads with her to take him with her. Guru ji instructs Muskaan to focus on perfecting the Mudra. Jhanak observes and attempts to imitate her movements. Meanwhile, Abhijeet carefully watches her every move. Guru ji reminds them that no one in their group is trained in classical dance and urges Jhanak to give it another try, as the judges will be very particular and pick up on even the slightest of errors. Jhanak starts playing music again and joins in the dance performance herself. Abhijeet questions whether she is a skilled dancer, but she stops the music and admits that she isn’t.
However, Abhijeet insists that he just saw her execute all of the Mudras without any mistakes just now. Choton apologizes for being late when Baren greets him upon entering their home. Dadi wonders where he had been all this time while Choton asks Mrinalini to speak up now. Dadu informs them that Choton revealed to Mrinalini that he is unable to marry her as he is in love with someone else. Choton confirms this, leaving everyone stunned. Guru ji then requests Jhanak to join him. Despite her initial denial due to lack of skill, Guru ji reminds her of her love for dance and encourages her to perform. With hesitation, Jhanak starts dancing to the tune, leaving everyone mesmerized. In appreciation, Guru ji applauds Jhanak’s performance.
Dadu and Dadi reprimand Choton for his actions. They insist that only Mrinalini will be their Bahu, causing Anjana to inquire about the girl’s name. Choton reveals that her name is Laxmi, but Mrinalini corrects him by saying he had previously referred to her as Poteshwari. Choton defends himself by stating that he uses that name out of love. Anjana dismisses the idea of Laxmi joining the Bose family, leading Choton to ask what he did wrong. Dadi admits that she was wrong and apologizes to Baren, who then forgives them. Dadu also apologizes for not knowing his own son well enough, while Anjana tells Choton to have some shame. Dadu and Dadi apologize to Mrinalini as well, and Dadi even goes as far as saying she will sever all ties with Choton. The Guru ji praises Jhanak for her talent in dancing and asks where she learned it from. She explains that she used to imitate her mother’s moves when she danced at home. The Guru ji then expresses his desire to have a conversation with her, which Jhanak happily agrees. Guru ji decides to launch Jhanak in the dance event.
