Udne Ki Aasha lines up Kidnapping, fire, and action twists. Sayali goes to a restaurant to return Akash’s phone. Suddenly, some goons kidnap Akash, and Sayali follows them in the auto, calling Sachin for help. Akash gets hit on his head and faints down. Sayali doesn’t know that Joy has sent the goons to kidnap Akash. Sachin is initially busy with a constable over a car challan but eventually contacts Sayali. The goons plan to kidnap Sayali too, and she calls Juhi, but the call disconnects.
Meanwhile, Riya has no idea that her parents have hired the goons to kidnap Akash. She leaves for work. Joy assures Mamta that Akash will soon learn a big lesson. Ha hates Paresh and his entire family.
Sayali arrives at a godown and gets caught while trying to find Akash. Sachin, after resolving the challan issue, tries to reach Sayali but finds her phone off. He contacts Paresh, who informs him that Sayali is out for work. Sayali pleads with the goons to release Akash, but they tie her up too and beat Akash. Sachin visits a store looking for Sayali and learns that she didn’t come to work. He covers up for her absence. He lies that she took his ill father to the hospital, but he grows more worried thinking he didn’t speak to her when she called him for help.

Sayali manages to briefly escape from the goon’s clutches. She finds Akash badly beaten up. She rushes outside the godown and calls Sachin. She informs him about the kidnapping before a goon grabs the phone and takes her back to tie her up. Sachin suspects Sudhakar is behind this. He worriedly calls Anya for help in locating the godown. Sayali begs the goons to stop hurting Akash. Sachin reaches there and beats the goons. The goons burn the godown before running away. Sachin rescues Akash, by ends up getting injured in a fire. Sayali cries out, vowing to protect Sachin at any cost. Sachin asks her to leave him to die, and just go away to save her life. She refuses to leave. How will Sayali save Sachin?
