Today in the show, Brijbhushan employs Shaina to spoil Jhanak’s performance. He doesn’t want Jhanak to win the competition. He doesn’t know what is Shaina planning. Shaina says that she has many plans on her mind and will decide on one. She doesn’t reveal much. She wants her revenge on Jhanak. She plans Jhanak’s wardrobe malfunction to ruin her respect. Anirudh convinces Arshi to prepare herself to compete in the dance competition since it’s the only way to build up her confidence. He is tired of Arshi’s depressing talks and wishes she would get back on her feet soon. Arshi agrees to his request, though she is hurt that he doesn’t love her.
Jhanak becomes a target of Shaina’s evil. She isn’t aware of the huge conspiracy against her. Jhanak performs on the stage, wearing the faulty dress. She suffers a big humiliation when the dress gets torn during her performance. Jhanak freezes on the stage. How will she continue the dance performance and make her way towards victory? Today in Jhanak, Jhanak enjoys watching the performances and applauds their talent. Anjana tells the family that Appu is nowhere. Shubh has no interest in finding Appu. Anirudh gets worried. Arshi reacts in anger when Jhanak gets mentioned by Tanuja. She says that Jhanak left her mark on the family. Anirudh asks Arshi not to react much because Jhanak has left. She asks if she is upset. He says no. The dance show gets a break in between. Rudra’s students go away to plan against Jhanak. They get help from a staff member also. Shaina decides to cut off Jhanak’s dress and disrespect her on the stage.
The man agrees to help them. Tanuja makes an apology to Arshi. Bipasha tells Arshi that they don’t miss Jhanak because she is a bad memory for them. Anirudh asks her if Jhanak did anything bad to her. He requests them to forget Jhanak, but not blame her. He tells them that they were doing bad to Jhanak. He asks Arshi to have food. Arshi asks him not to pity her. She says that she can take care of herself and eat the food on her own. He requests her to let him look after her. Lalon refuses to drop Appu home. He tells that he will hire a rickshaw for her. Appu says that she has come to worship Mahadev.
Lalon says that she is weak and can’t walk for long. He explains to the group that they shouldn’t take Appu along, or else her family will blame them. She says that she has to go and pray to Shiv. He asks her wish. She says that she wants a groom for herself. Everyone laughs. Lalon holds his head. The dance competition resumes. Shaina gets inside the green room with the staff member’s help. She cuts the top’s strings to cause a wardrobe malfunction. Shaina informs Brij that she has executed her plan and now Jhanak will not be able to show her face to anyone. He gets glad and blesses her.
Jhanak is asked to go and get ready for her performance. Appu asks Lalon to give her a chocolate. He asks her to come on an empty stomach if she wants to make a wish. She agrees. He says that he will buy her a chocolate and cold drink after some time. He wants to inform her family that she is with them. She says that nobody takes her on an outing. Lalon gets emotional and agrees to take her along. Anjana asks Lal to go and find Appu. He refuses to spoil his holiday. Bipasha doesn’t permit Lal to go. Anjana worriedly calls Bablu and informs him that Appu is missing. He asks what does she mean. He asks how could Appu go away. She says that she has no idea. He asks her to send Lal. She says that Lal isn’t ready to go away.
He can’t believe it. Jhanak sees her dress and likes it. She goes to get ready. Bablu asks her when Appu left. She says that she has no idea. Anirudh asks Arshi to have food. She refuses. Jhanak goes for her performance. Anirudh says that he will go and find Appu. Shubh reprimands Anjana for causing the trouble. Anjana asks Anirudh not to go anywhere. Anirudh tells that Appu is ill and she is missing. He wants to go and find her. Bablu comes home and learns that Anirudh is going to find Appu. He rebukes Shubh for his indifference.
He criticizes the family who isn’t worried about Appu. He says that Anjana shouldn’t look after their needs. Tanuja taunts that his family got a good life by staying in the house. She expresses that he is benefitting from the joint family. She asks Bablu and Anjana to know their responsibilities. Anirudh stops her. Anjana asks Bablu to find Appu. Anirudh says that she might have gone somewhere nearby. Bablu says that nobody has seen her going out. Anirudh asks him not to lose hope so soon. Jhanak goes to take Rudra’s blessings. Brij taunts Rudra by calling Jhanak his mother and daughter.
Rudra asks him not to interfere in their matter. Brij insults Jhanak. Jhanak answers Brij well. She says that she is grateful to Rudra for giving her a big chance to showcase her talent. Brij says that she has no talent, but Rudra is supporting her. He threatens to ruin her and show her status. Rudra asks him what he means to say. Brij says that he is trying to understand their relationship. He insults them. Jhanak breaks her silence. Rudra asks Brij if Jhanak is his daughter. Brij asks what does he mean to say. Rudra asks him to answer. Brij gets speechless and wonders if Rudra knows the truth.
He says that Jhanak can never be his daughter. Rudra asks him to end the discussion and stop commenting on them. He wishes all the best to Jhanak and asks her to give the best performance to win the competition. He asks her to shut up Brij’s ugly remarks about her success. She agrees. Ahead, Shrishti wants to take Arshi home. Arshi taunts Anirudh that he will get Jhanak home when she leaves the house. Anirudh refuses to discuss about Jhanak. He asks Arshi to stay back. Jhanak performs on the stage and suffers a wardrobe malfunction.
