Maati Se Bandhi Dor 5th August 2024 Written Update. Ranvijay urges Vaiju to keep her eyes open. He asks her to stay awake since her condition will get worse. Vaiju struggles to stay awake. She admits to her tendency to make mistakes that often irks him. She asks him not to shout at her or scold her. He agrees with her. Ranvijay’s voice softens as he reminds her of their shared dream and their unfulfilled fights. He tries hard to get some help to take her to the hospital on time. Despite his growing frustration over the terrible situation, he attempts to calmly reason with her until she loses consciousness. He pleads for her to open her eyes. He embraces Vaiju and cries for her. The ambulance arrives at the scene. Ranvijay quickly assists Vaiju and puts her in the ambulance. He asks her to stay strong.
Meanwhile, at Mohite Patil’s house, Jaya proceeds to decorate the room. She prepares a surprise for Ranvijay. Vasundara arrives and comments that Ranvijay will appreciate the decorations. Jaya expresses her desire for him to see it all and asks if he’ll come today. She feels doubtful about his arrival. Vasundara confirms that he will indeed be coming. She says that often the new brides have such fears in their minds. She asks Jaya not to overthink. The doctor in the ambulance examines Vaiju while Ranvijay receives a call from Jaya. Ranvijay informs Jaya that Vaiju has been shot. In shock, Jaya begins crying as Vasundara takes the call to inquire about what happened. Nagaraj and Ragini also arrive, questioning the details of the incident. Ranvijay updates Naagraj on how Vaiju got shot. He asks Naagraj to get the family to the hospital. Vasundara and Jaya lose their composure.
Ranvijay pleads with Vaiju to fight for her life. He tells her that he can’t lose her. They arrive at the hospital; Ranvijay rushes her in. After regaining consciousness at that moment, Vaiju urgently requests for a word with Ranvijay, but he dismisses it due to lack of time. She persists, saying she cannot enter the OT. She pleads for him to remove her marriage symbols before the surgery. He repeats that this is not the time. She states her concerns for Jaya. She doesn’t want anyone to know about her marriage to Ranvijay. He agrees to her request.
He turns emotional when he takes off her bangles, sindoor, and mangalsutra. Vaiju is taken to the operating room, where her procedure is performed. Ranvijay sheds tears while thinking of her. He prays for her survival. The doctor informs Ranvijay that Vaiju has suffered a loss of blood. Ranvijay sinks in regret for what happened.
Jaya calls Ranvijay to enquire about Vaiju’s condition. He mentions that Vaiju is currently in the OT. A police officer comes there to meet Ranvijay and inform him about Jagtap. Ranvijay inquires about Vaiju’s shooter and if any information has been obtained. The inspector reveals that Jagtap managed to escape the police custody, and he was the person who shot Ranvijay. He calls Ranvijay lucky to have Vaiju as his wife. He says that Vaiju got shot while saving Ranvijay. This shocks Ranvijay. Ranvijay remembers Vaiju’s words and her promise to Jaya. The inspector commends Vaiju’s bravery.
Ranvijay feels guilty that Vaiju risked her life when he just gave her hatred. The nurse urgently requests AB-negative blood. Ranvijay offers to donate blood, knowing he is a universal donor. Vasundara comforts Jaya’s anxiety. She also worries for Vaiju’s life. Ranvijay manages to save Vaiju by donating blood but is consumed by guilt for mistreating her before this incident occurs.
