Bhagya Lakshmi 9th August 2024 Written Update Paro wins. Rishi and Lakshmi’s lawyers get into a heated argument in the court. Neelam watches the drama. She wants Paro’s custody at any cost. Promita tells the judge that Lakshmi is a good mother and she will give a good upbringing and values to her daughter. She adds that Lakshmi has taken care of Paro’s basic needs. Rishi’s lawyer Mr. Mehra asks her if Lakshmi can give a house to Paro. Rano says that Lakshmi lives with her in her house. Promita says that Paro doesn’t need a big house. The judge asks them about Paro. Rohan tells Paro that Lakshmi will take her away. Paro doesn’t want to go anywhere. The judge says that she will decide after knowing Paro’s wish.
Neelam says that Paro is a young kid, who wants to live with Oberois, but Lakshmi wants to snatch Paro from her. The judge warns Neelam and Rano. She asks them to sit quietly. Promita says that Paro needs her mother, she is lucky to have a mother like Lakshmi, and she can’t live without Lakshmi. She adds that Paro likes to spend time with Rishi’s family, but she has to return to Lakshmi. She guarantees that Paro will choose Lakshmi. Neelam tells that Lakshmi doesn’t have money to raise Paro. The judge asks Neelam to leave the courtroom.
Neelam asks the judge if she knows Lakshmi and wants to favor her. The police take Neelam outside. The judge asks Mehra to control his client. Mehra says that Lakshmi has lost a job and she has no money to raise Paro. He asks how will Lakshmi get Paro educated. Lakshmi says that she was fired from her job because of Neelam. She adds that she has got a good job and she can take care of Paro’s expenses. She asks the judge not to separate Paro from her. Rishi tells the judge that he wants to live with Paro.
He mentions that Lakshmi is capable of giving the best education to Paro, she loves Paro a lot and she can do anything for Paro. He asks what about his rights. She asks him if he will snatch Paro and prove he is a good father. He says that he wants to spend his life with his daughter. Lakshmi says that Paro is the reason for her life. She doesn’t want to lose Paro. She asks Rishi to kill her and take his rights on Paro. The judge says that she will decide after hearing Paro’s opinion. Paro and Rohan are brought to the court. The judge asks Paro who she chooses between her mom and dad. Paro cries in sorrow. Rohan consoles her.
Lakshmi and Rishi ask Paro not to cry. Paro says that she loves Lakshmi a lot, but she wants Rishi too. She adds that Rishi is her super dad. She likes to stay with him. She adds that she loves Rishi and Rohan. The judge asks her to choose one of them. Paro tells that she wants to live with both of them. She doesn’t want to stay unhappy. She begs the judge to give her mum and dad. Lakshmi and Rishi cry. Everyone in the court gets emotional. The judge says that the court will decide in Paro’s favor if Rishi and Lakshmi can’t stay as a married couple, then they can stay together as Paro’s parents.
She decides that Rishi and Lakshmi will live in the same house as Paro’s parents and raise her together. Paro gets happy. Malishka asks the judge what is she saying. She calls Neelam and asks her to come inside. The judge asks her not to break the court rules. Neelam comes inside. Malishka tells Neelam about the judge’s decision. She tells that Paro and Lakshmi will stay in the Oberoi house. Neelam asks the judge how can she do this. The judge threatens to get Neelam arrested. She asks them to accept the court decision.
Ayush gets happy that his idea worked. The judge says that she will visit Paro and Rohan every month, and review the case. She requests Rishi and Lakshmi to end their issues and stay happy with the kids. The judge asks Lakshmi to shift to Rishi’s house. She asks the family members to accept Lakshmi and not create any trouble for her. The reporters are pleased to see a historic win where both the parties have won the case. Neelam and Malishka get disappointed. Lakshmi tells her lawyer that she can’t live at Rishi’s house. Promita asks her to stay at Rishi’s house. She suggests that Lakshmi doesn’t go against the court order.
Later, Promita asks Lakshmi to go to Rishi’s house, or else the court will give Paro’s custody to Rishi. Lakshmi packs her bags. Paro is happy to go to Oberoi’s house. Rano and Shalu ask Paro to keep visiting them. Lakshmi is tense when she reaches the Oberoi mansion. She takes Paro along. She says that if anything wrong happens with Paro, then the world will see her Durga avatar. She decides to protect Paro from the haters.
