Kumkum Bhagya 14th August 2024 Written Update Lucky RV. Khushi expresses to Purvi that she believes RV and his family are manipulating her into divorcing him. However, Purvi clarifies that her decision to divorce RV is solely for the sake of his family’s well-being and she has not been pressured in any way. Khushi claims that RV’s family cares for Purvi, but she does not reciprocate those feelings. She feels that Purvi is playing games with their emotions just for RV’s sake. Khushi and Vishaka advise Purvi not to ruin her life by divorcing RV. Khushi suggests that Purvi should tell the media that she does not want to divorce RV, and any actions she may have taken were due to pressure from his family.
Purvi refuses and insists that RV’s family did not coerce her into this decision. She asks Khushi to stop pressuring her. In response, Khushi declares that RV means more to her than her own sister. Hurt by this statement, Purvi breaks off their relationship. Khushi tells Purvi that now she is free to do as she pleases before leaving without listening to Purvi’s side of the story. Overcome with emotion, Purvi cries. RV asks Dadu whom he should thank, to which Dadu responds that he should thank Purvi instead of Monisha. It becomes apparent that Yug and Dadu are confused as to why Monisha is staying with them.
RV admires Purvi for her actions. Both Yug and Dadu are impressed by Purvi’s care for their family and how she protects their family’s reputation. They also express gratitude towards RV for bringing Purvi into their lives through marriage, calling him lucky. RV then admits that he hadn’t yet thanked Purvi and quickly takes out his phone.
Dadu scolds him for the delay in expressing gratitude towards his wife. In a separate conversation, Diya tries to console Purvi and tells her that Khushi will understand once her anger has subsided. She urges Purvi not to cry as she feels bad about not being understood by Khushi. As they continue talking, Purvi receives a message from RV thanking her, which Diya asks her about. In response, Purvi shares that RV is expressing his gratitude towards her through the message.
RV informs Dadu that Purvi took a risk and expresses his worry about the potential consequences if Neha agrees to marry him. He then thanks Purvi in front of Dadu and Yug, who both offer their embrace in support. Diya reassures Purvi, saying she understands the depth of her love for RV. Despite Purvi’s attempt to deny it, Vishaka and Divya arrive and inform her that Khushi is upset. Purvi remains confident that Khushi will understand once things are settled. Dadi takes medication given to her by Harleen and asks her why she seems troubled. Harleen shares her concerns about Purvi, praising her for fulfilling the duties of a devoted wife.
Meanwhile, Jasbir forcibly takes Monisha to Neha’s house and urges her to convince Neha to marry RV. Monisha asks Neha to agree for the marriage. She makes a plan to replace Neha in the mandap. She tells that she will marry RV. She asks Neha to inform her decision to Purvi. She promises that she won’t let Neha marry RV. Neha agrees.
