Kumkum Bhagya 21st August 2024 Written Update Shocker. Today in Kumkum Bhagya, The family members ask Neha why is she agreeing to marry RV. Neha says that Purvi had given her a proposal and now RV has to decide what he wants to do. Harleen goes ahead to talk to Neha. She takes Neha aside and rebukes her for coming back. She reminds that Neha has run away before because she is a liar. Purvi asks Neha why did she come back when she had left the city. The media reporters ask Neha if she will withdraw the case once she marries RV. The family members urge the reporters to leave. Raman tells them that the case is known to the public. Purvi takes Neha with her. Raman says that he is just doing his work.
Harman asks him to do reporting but they must have some humanity. Dadu asks them to respect people and their emotions. Raman says that he will bring out the truth at any cost. Harleen gets panicking. Deepika tells her that Purvi is responsible for spoiling the matter further. Harman and Harleen rush to see Purvi. Purvi takes Neha to a room and locks the door. Raman tells that he needs to talk to Neha. The reporters ask Purvi to let them interview Neha. Purvi asks them to wait. She asks Neha why did she come back. Neha says that she has come back to marry RV. Purvi asks how she changed her mind. Neha says that she has thought about the proposal and it’s the best for her, she wants her lost respect back and she will marry RV. Purvi calls it a lie.
She asks Neha to tell her motives. Neha says that her life has changed, her boyfriend broke their relationship and he doesn’t want to marry her now. She wants to secure her future by marrying RV. She thanks Purvi for saving her life and future. Purvi is in shock. Monisha sympathizes with the Malhotra family. She tells them that Purvi told them about Neha’s departure. Harleen says that even she trusted Purvi this time. Monisha asks how did Neha come back. Harleen doesn’t know anything. She asks what will they do now.
Monisha apologizes to her. She admits that she doesn’t like Purvi, but she was impressed with her this time. She says that Purvi made a mistake and now RV has to marry Neha. She asks RV to keep Purvi’s promise. She says that Purvi is worse than an enemy. She brainwashes the family against Purvi. She adds that she has lost RV to Neha. She tells RV that she loves him a lot. RV gets stressed. Monisha asks Harleen what will they do to handle the situation.
Monisha, Deepika, and Vaishali turn Harleen against Purvi. They blame Purvi for creating this big mess. Harman asks them to calm down and have some faith in Purvi. Harman and Jaswant defend Purvi, who just wished good for RV. Dadu says that they also don’t understand how this happened. RV gets confused when they hold Purvi responsible. Harleen agrees with Monisha that Purvi has ruined them. She says that they can’t refuse for the marriage in front of the media, or else RV will fall into big trouble. Dadi tells them that RV is getting blackmailed for marriage. Diya defends Purvi’s intentions.
Monisha says that Purvi should have not made such an announcement without consulting the elders. She adds that RV has to marry Neha to keep his name and reputation. Monisha tells them that Purvi has made a commitment on RV’s behalf, and now they can’t step back. Neha tells Purvi that she is just accepting the proposal by thinking of her betterment. She asks Purvi not to become a hurdle in her way. Purvi asks her not to say yes to the marriage. Neha says that RV is the best option for her. She doesn’t listen to Purvi. She goes out and meets the reporters.
They ask Purvi if she will get RV married to Neha as she has promised before. Jasbir pities Purvi. He tells that he will become Purvi’s support, once she leaves RV, and then she can come to Jasbir. Neha tells the reporters that she will give them an exclusive interview. She heads back to the party hall and talks to RV’s family. She is grateful to Purvi, who is ready to divorce RV for doing justice to a girl. She says that Purvi has a big heart. She clarifies that she was shocked by the proposal that day and ran away, but then she understood Purvi’s decision was right and that it would make her life better. She wants to marry RV. She asks Purvi to divorce RV.
She says that she will have her Roka ceremony done with RV right in the party hall so that she gets justice. She doesn’t want RV and Purvi to cheat her by making false promises. She asks RV if he will marry her and save her future. She asks Purvi if this is any drama. She threatens to go to the police station and escalate the case against RV. She asks RV to decide what he wants to do. She says that he will get his goodwill back and she will get her respect.
She says that she wants a surety from RV’s family. She proposes to him for their Roka. She tells Harleen that Purvi will soon divorce RV. She asks Harleen to convince RV for the Roka. She says that the police will arrest Purvi as well if Purvi has made the offer to insult and hurt her emotions. She blackmails RV about getting Purvi arrested. RV agrees to the Roka to save Purvi from arrest. Monisha and Jasbir get happy seeing Neha hitting the target.
