Kumkum Bhagya 22nd August 2024 Written Update RV’s Roka. Today in Kumkum Bhagya, RV is helpless to give his consent for the Roka ceremony. He doesn’t want Purvi to get arrested. He falls into Neha’s trap when she threatens him of dragging Purvi to the court. RV and Neha sit for the Roka ceremony. RV asks his family to just act according to the situation because they have no other option than to complete the Roka in front of the media. RV advises Purvi to stay away. He wants to protect her. Purvi is in tears seeing RV sacrificing his life. Harleen completes RV and Neha’s Roka rituals and blesses them unwillingly. She wishes RV would get rid of Neha soon.
She is upset that Purvi has failed in her plan and created bigger trouble for RV. On the other hand, Jasbir waits for Neha’s return. Neha comes home. Jasbir congratulates her for the Roka. He is impressed with her drama. He says that he is going to plan a big thing tomorrow and then RV and Purvi will be left shocked. Neha enquires about his plan. He prefers to not disclose anything before the time. What is Jasbir planning against RV and Purvi?
As seen in the last episode of Kumkum Bhagya, Monisha says that Purvi should have not made such an announcement without consulting the elders. She adds that RV has to marry Neha to keep his name and reputation. Monisha tells them that Purvi has made a commitment on RV’s behalf, and now they can’t step back. Neha tells Purvi that she is just accepting the proposal by thinking of her betterment. She asks Purvi not to become a hurdle in her way. Purvi asks her not to say yes to the marriage. Neha says that RV is the best option for her. She doesn’t listen to Purvi. She goes out and meets the reporters. RV tells his family that he is ready for the Roka. Harleen and everyone counsel him and ask him not to give up so soon. RV wants to do it for Purvi’s sake. He asks Harleen to understand that they have no other option, if he avoids the Roka then he will be stuck in a bigger problem. He asks Mehta to arrange the things for the Roka rituals. Purvi apologizes to RV. He asks her not to say anything. He gets saddened. He asks Harleen to perform the Roka rituals if she wants to bring him out of the mess. Jasbir finds Purvi crying. He doesn’t want Purvi to shed tears. He says that he is there for her and he will keep her happy like a queen. He adds that he loves her a lot.
RV cries while proceeding for his Roka. Harleen agrees unwillingly. She performs the Roka rituals and accepts Neha for RV. Monisha smirks. Purvi breaks down. Jasbir watches the drama and loves it. Neha takes the family’s blessings. Raman says that Neha got justice. He suggests that RV and Neha perform on a song and celebrate. RV refuses. Neha asks RV to try to become her friend. Neha and RV perform at the party. Purvi feels bad and leaves. RV rushes after her, but the reporters stop him to ask about the marriage mahurat. Harleen says that their Pandit ji will find a good mahurat and the media will be informed about it. She asks them not to bother RV with their questions. The media leaves.
Jasbir rejoices in his victory. He wishes Purvi would come to him soon. Sunny comes to Neha’s house to meet Jasbir. Monisha calls Jasbir and praises his planning. He asks her not to talk to Neha. He wants to handle Neha in his own way. He tells her that she must just follow his instructions because he wants to ensure his plan doesn’t backfire. He asks her to promise that she won’t interfere in his plans. She agrees with him. Jasbir waits for Neha. Harleen and family members reach home.
They hear a lady irritating them by speaking ill of RV. Harleen asks the lady to taunt her on her face. She rebukes the lady. She defends her son. Harman feels sorry for RV. Neha returns home. She finds Jasbir and Sunny playing cards. She asks them what are they doing. Jasbir says that he is playing cards to pass the time because he has to keep an eye on her. He says that he will discuss the next plans with her. She says that she wants some time. She wants to meet Sahil. Jasbir asks her to do anything she wants but at a later time. She says that she has risked her life because of Jasbir’s threat.
She asks him to trust her and let her meet Sahil. He says that she isn’t trustworthy. He asks her to win his trust if she wants to meet Sahil. She angrily tells that she doesn’t need his permission to meet her boyfriend. He says that he can kill Sahil anytime. He threatens her. Harman, Vikrant, Jaswant, and Dadu are upset that RV has fallen into Neha’s trap again. They feel terrible that RV is losing his good repute. They are aware that RV is innocent. Harman says that Neha is a gold-digger, she is cunning and greedy, she has come back just for RV’s richness, she will not leave RV and they can’t trust her. He loses hope that their plans have failed and they aren’t able to help RV. Harman cries for RV’s suffering.
Vikrant and Jaswant console Harman. Harman says that he isn’t able to express his emotions. He feels everything has shattered and he is just helpless. Dadu hugs him. RV finds the family crying and feels sad. Soham and Diya drop Purvi home. Purvi asks Soham not to break his relationship with Diya. Yug asks Purvi not to request Soham. He says that Diya can get a better guy than Soham. He hates Soham, He asks Soham to value Diya. Jasbir gets Neha under control. He asks her not to worry, he will save her from the trouble once his work is done. She asks for the next task. Jasbir says that she has to plan a big drama in Malhotra’s house. He shares his plan.
