GHKKPM 25th August 2024 Written Update Savi wins Sai’s custody. Today in Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Mein, Savi explains to Ashika that she married Rajat in order to prevent him from abusing Sai. However, Ashika questions the validity of this reasoning. She suggests that Savi could have supported Sai by testifying on her behalf in court. Savi is taken aback and asks how she could have possibly done that. She reminds Ashika that she did not have the time for Sai. This prompts Ashika to call Savi a gold digger, accusing her of using Sai as a means to marry Rajat. Meanwhile, Sai tells Arsh that she needs to use the washroom and he agrees to accompany her out of the courtroom.
After commencing the court hearing, the judge invites the lawyer to bring Sai to her chambers. There, Sai is questioned about her preferred living arrangements. Without hesitation, she expresses her desire to stay with Ashika, much to the dismay of the Rajat family. In response, Ashika speaks highly of Sai. The judge then decides to speak privately with both Ashika and Savi individually. The judge inquires Ashika about her motive for seeking custody of Sai. She confidently states that she is better equipped to take care of Sai than Rajat, and backs up her claim by mentioning how she has hired two nannies for her care.
The judge agrees with her reasoning and then moves on to ask about Kian’s situation. Ashika assures the judge that Kian is studying at a top boarding school and if granted custody, Sai will also attend the same school. After hearing all this, the judge dismisses Ashika and then turns to Savi. Curious about why she married Rajat, even though she does not like him, the judge asks for an explanation. Savi explains that it was solely for Sai’s sake. When asked why she holds such strong affection towards Sai, Savi expresses her deep connection with the child. She then pleads with the judge to announce the verdict today itself, so Sai does not have to appear in court repeatedly.
Furthermore, she requests permission to visit Sai twice a week once custody is granted. Rajat talks to his lawyer as he appears confused regarding Sai mentioning Ashika’s name. Just then, Arsh arrives and explains that it was the bond of blood that connected them. He proceeds to make fun of Rajat and Savi’s fate. Savi arrives at the scene, and Arsh congratulates her on her marriage before leaving. Rajat informes Savi that he would send her the divorce papers and asks her to state how much alimony she desired. Sai interjects, stating that she only wants Sai and insists that Rajat keep his alimony money for himself.
Savi silently prays for Sai’s happiness as they head to court for the custody hearing. As the court hearing begins, the judge grants custody of Sai to Savi, much to the delight of both the Thakkars and Bhosles. However, Ashika and Arsh question why Sai’s opinion was not considered in this case, stressing its importance. The judge then intervenes and reveals that Arsh had convinced Sai to choose Ashika over Savi with a deceitful story. Enraged, Rajat grabs Arsh by the collar until the judge steps in once again.
She scolds both Rajat and Ashika for neglecting Sai’s well-being and reminds them that Savi truly loves her. Furthermore, she warns Arsh never to manipulate children again before dismissing the case altogether. Finally, Sai joyfully embraces Savi as their new custodian.
