They both wish to depart together. The doctor gives the unfortunate news to the Shah family that Anupama has left them. This causes Hasmukh, Sagar, Paritosh, Titu and Aadhya to break down in tears. Anupama’s soul speaks to Anuj and he desperately pleads for her not to leave him, stating that they were meant to be together. However, Anupama reminds him of Aadhya and urges him to think about their daughter’s well-being too. She assures Anuj that he is capable of taking care of Aadhya on his own as she has faith in him.
He protests, saying that Aadhya will not survive without her mother by her side, but Anupama encourages him to raise their daughter alone. She tells him that Aadhya needs a strong father figure like him in her life and asks him not to plan her marriage without her. Anuj promises Anupama that he will no longer cause her any distress and pleads with her to not abandon him. However, Anupama insists on leaving him. Anuj believes he deserves to be with his soulmate, but Anupama implores him to release her. Anuj reaches the hospital and finds everyone crying for Anupama. Aadhya tells him that Anupama left them forever. Anuj can’t believe this. He says that Anupama can never leave him. He bangs the door and asks Anupama if she can hear him. He asks her to get up for the sake of Kanha ji. He begs her to come back to him. He breaks down into tears while making an emotional appeal to her. Titu asks Anuj to calm down. Anuj says that Anupama is okay and she will come back. He asks her to tell everyone that she can’t leave him. Anupama revives by his call. The doctors are amazed to see her heartbeat and pulse revived.
They find her heart functioning again. The doctor says that it’s a miracle to see her alive. He informs Anuj that Anupama is alive. This brings a new hope for the family. Meenu explains to them the auto resuscitation. Anuj thanks Kanha ji for giving him Anupama back on Janmashtami. He hugs Aadhya happily. The Shahs get this news and get happy. They also rejoice that their Anupama is safe now. Anuj meets Anupama. He cries a lot when he finds her taking his name even in sleep. She wakes up and sees him in front of her. He says that it’s Kanha ji’s blessing, he has united them and she has come back to him. Anupama jokes that Kanha ji doesn’t want to hear her long lectures, so he gives her a new life. He laughs. He asks her not to waste the chance she got. He wants to live with Anupama. She agrees to live as MaAn. He tells her that he loves her a lot. He asks her to confess love. She says that she wants to grow old with him. Aadhya meets Anupama and embraces her. Hasmukh is glad to see Anupama’s family completing.
Aadhya tells Anupama that she couldn’t become a good daughter. She apologizes. Anupama forgives her. Anuj asks Aadhya to forget everything. He says that they will live together from now. The rest of the family members meet Anupama. Anuj asks Anupama not to take any stress. The family decides to go home. Anuj and Aadhya want to stay back. Hasmukh asks Anuj to look after Anupama well.
