Anupama 3rd September 2024 Written Update. Today in Anupama, Aadhya and everyone dance to lift Anupama’s spirits. Anuj later joins the dancing group. Shortly after, Leela meets Anupama, who becomes emotional at the sight of her family. Anuj takes care of Anupama while Indira looks on sadly at a photo of Dhruv. Bala steps in to comfort Indira. Meanwhile, Hasmukh, Sagar, and Bala busy themselves with preparations for Anupama’s welcome. Sagar is in charge of creating a beautiful rangoli and takes this opportunity to talk about Nandita. When Indira suggests coffee, Kaveri becomes excited about seeing Anupama again.
Sagar plans a grand welcome for Anupama while Hasmukh expresses his gratitude to Leela for all her efforts. Despite her anger towards Anupama, Leela admits she still cares for her. As a gesture of thanks, Hasmukh presents Leela with a rose and asks about Vanraj’s whereabouts. In response, Leela reveals that Vanraj is occupied with work. Meenu and Sagar find some time to spend together and are noticed by Paritosh. The doctor advises Anupama to take extra precautions while her stitches heal and suggests that she refrain from cooking for the time being. He also reminds Anuj and Aadhya to help take care of Anupama.
The nurse praises Anupama’s cooking, which has been keeping the canteen running. Anupama eagerly looks forward to going home. Paritosh inquires about Vanraj’s return and his new phone number, but Vanraj quickly ends the call. Pakhi and Paritosh speculate whether Vanraj is in trouble or playing a trick on them, but Pakhi decides to focus on preparing a warm welcome for Anupama instead. Aadhya and Anuj bring Anupama home, where Leela greets her with open arms. She learns that Anu’s food stall is still up and running, thanks to Bala and Indira taking over its operations.
Sagar reminds Anupama to rest, but she insists on fulfilling her responsibilities. Leela asks the Shahs to stop visiting Asha Bhawan since they have already fulfilled their responsibilities towards Anupama there. Aadhya offers to assist Anupama, expressing that she is inspired by her. Upon noticing Anupama’s tiredness, Anuj suggests she take a break. Without hesitation, Anupama decides to pay a visit to the Shah family and shares her near-death experience with Leela. Reflecting on the unpredictability of life, she urges Leela to stay with Hasmukh and make a decision together.
Anupama also intends to talk to Hasmukh personally. This brings Leela to tears as Paritosh takes charge of the Shah household. While emotional, Leela clarifies that Vanraj is still alive. However, Paritosh interrupts and reveals that his father will not be returning anytime soon, solidifying his ownership of the Shah house.
