Kumkum Bhagya 6th September 2024 Written Update. Today in Kumkum Bhagya, Purvi tries to unlock Neha’s phone, with Yug helping her. Before she can check it, Monisha claims it’s her phone and interrupts. Monisha then replaces Neha on the dancefloor with RV, leaving RV confused and Purvi jealous. Yug steps out to retrieve a truth serum. RV notices Purvi’s upset mood but she leaves without responding. Monisha talks about the dance, and Neha mentions their engagement appears real. RV reflects on Purvi’s disapproval of his interactions with others.
Meanwhile, Jasbir’s accomplice informs him that Sahil has been kidnapped, but later realizes Sahil has escaped. RV confronts Purvi about her jealousy, teasing her, but she denies it and leaves. She then bumps into Jasbir, disguised as a waiter, who escapes. Outside, Diya asks Yug about the truth serum, and he happily shares his mission to help Purvi. Monisha scolds Neha for dancing with RV, and they argue. Dada Ji overhears and warns Monisha not to interfere with Neha and RV’s potential marriage. Yug gives the truth serum to Purvi, who informs RV that Neha will reveal the truth after consuming it. When RV asks the disguised Jasbir to serve Neha, Purvi insists on a more reliable person. Yug volunteers, agreeing to disguise himself. RV thanks Purvi, and they share a friendly moment.
Monisha reassures Dada Ji, who hints that they are working on a solution, though he doesn’t reveal the truth serum plan. Purvi says that she will save her Kumkum, her husband, RV. She is seen going with RV, Yug, and Diya. She waits for her plan to work and expose Neha’s truth.

Monisha asks Dada Ji about their plan to stop Neha and RV’s wedding. Dada Ji reassures her, saying they have a plan to save RV from Neha, leaving Monisha feeling anxious. Realizing RV’s family is plotting to expose Neha, Monisha calls Jasbir to warn him of the danger. Jasbir reveals that he is already at the Malhotra house and plans to make Neha execute her part of their plan. He agrees to meet Monisha in the first-floor corridor.
Yug, disguised as a waiter, approaches Purvi and RV. Diya advises Yug to act naturally, and the group wishes him luck. Purvi spikes a drink with truth serum and instructs Yug to proceed with their plan to expose Neha. Yug confidently agrees to carry out his part.
Monisha questions Jasbir about his waiter disguise, and Jasbir scolds her for making Neha nervous. Monisha expresses doubt about Neha’s loyalty, but Jasbir insists they must trust her to make the plan work. He also warns Monisha to stay alert as RV’s family is trying to trick Neha into revealing the truth. Monisha admits that Dadi saw her with Neha, and Jasbir deduces that Dada Ji might be trying to scare them. He also mentions that RV had asked him to give a drink to Neha, but Purvi intervened, raising his suspicions. Jasbir advises Monisha to be cautious, and she agrees to stay close to Neha. Determined to succeed, Jasbir vows to stop Purvi, even if it means killing RV.
RV, Purvi, Diya, and Yug head downstairs for the engagement. Neha announces it’s time to exchange rings. Yug, still disguised as a waiter, tries to give Neha the spiked drink, but she refuses, leaving Purvi anxious.
As the pandit asks Neha and RV to exchange rings, Purvi interrupts, shouting that the engagement cannot proceed. At that moment, Sahil arrives at the Malhotra house, but the watchman denies him entry without an invitation. Sahil spots one of Jasbir’s men and sneaks inside unnoticed.
Neha confronts Purvi, asking why she’s trying to stop the engagement. RV steps in, stating it’s too late to stop and asks his family to abandon their original plan due to time constraints. Harman agrees, and RV asks Purvi if she understands the situation, to which she confirms. Purvi then tries to delay the engagement by suggesting there’s no entertainment or dancing at the event, making it seem incomplete. Vaishali and Deepika tease her about the idea of dancing, while Harleen, Harman, and Dadaji propose playing a game instead. Harman sends Vikrant to fetch chits for the game.
One of Jasbir’s men informs him that Sahil has escaped. Jasbir orders him to prevent Sahil from entering RV’s house, threatening to kill him if necessary. Unbeknownst to them, Sahil sneaks into the house through a window.
Later, Yug removes his disguise and meets Vikrant. Vikrant questions why Yug is dressed as a waiter. Yug explains that he, RV, and Purvi planned to give Neha a drink that would make her confess the truth about her intentions.
