Bhagya Lakshmi 8th September 2024 Written Update. Rishi brings the unconscious Parvati into a room where Dr. Sangeeta is asked to begin treatment. Though Sangeeta requests everyone except the parents to leave, Aanchal, worried about Parvati’s condition, refuses to go. After examining Parvati, Sangeeta assures everyone that her vitals are stable and she will regain consciousness soon. Lakshmi, deeply concerned for Parvati, is comforted by Rishi. Elsewhere, Malishka brings Rohan into a room where he confronts her about seeing her with the rod used in the accident. Malishka, noticing Karishma approaching, quickly denies the accusation, convincing Rohan that he imagined it. Rohan reluctantly agrees but remains suspicious, wondering why Malishka would harm Parvati.
Sangeeta updates Harleen and Ayush about Parvati’s stable condition and advises Harleen to speak to the contractor responsible for the faulty cradle, noting that his negligence could have led to Parvati’s death. Harleen stays with Parvati while Avinash questions how the cradle could have fallen. Lakshmi, suspecting foul play, vows to investigate whether someone intentionally hurt Parvati, a statement overheard by Kiran. Rohan feels compelled to check on Parvati, and Karishma sends Anushka to follow him. Karishma later scolds Malishka for her reckless actions. Malishka defends herself, saying she planned to trap Lakshmi, not harm Parvati. Karishma and Kiran warn her about Lakshmi’s resolve to uncover the truth. Malishka, frustrated, leaves after a tense exchange.
Lakshmi later finds the broken cradle and notices Malishka nearby. Confronting her, Lakshmi asks why she would harm Parvati. Malishka denies involvement, but Lakshmi warns her to be cautious, stating that she will closely watch her from now on. Aanchal joins the conversation, pointing out that Parvati’s injury is the most important issue, regardless of who is responsible, and vows to observe a fast every Janmashtami in gratitude for Parvati’s survival. That night, Malishka is unable to sleep, disturbed by Lakshmi’s suspicions. She knows Rishi will stay by Parvati’s side, leaving her feeling uneasy. The next morning, Malishka wakes up late to find Rohan already dressed for school. When she tries to warn him to stay away from Lakshmi, he brushes her off and goes to school. Afterward, Rohan tells Malishka that he is worried about Parvati and plans to visit her.
Later, Malishka overhears Lakshmi speaking to Shalu on the phone, saying she is determined to find the person responsible for Parvati’s injury. Malishka then daydreams about Lakshmi discovering the truth and punishing her, but Karishma snaps her out of it, advising her to redirect Lakshmi’s attention elsewhere. Unsure of how to do that, Malishka recalls Balwinder and decides to contact him. She learns from Guddu that Balwinder is in a mental asylum and visits him there. At the asylum, Malishka taunts Balwinder about Lakshmi’s happiness with Rishi, reminding him that Lakshmi is to blame for his current situation. Angered, Balwinder tries to attack Malishka, but security stops him and locks him in a dark room.
Back at the Oberoi mansion, Lakshmi notices a wound on Malishka’s neck and pointedly asks whether it’s an injury or something she deserved, implying the latter. Malishka informs Karishma about Balwinder. She is sure that he will now target Lakshmi. In the asylum’s dark room, Balwinder vows revenge on Lakshmi.
