Ahead in the show, Adi’s apology will be seen. Adi learns the truth that Seema was behind Kavya’s miscarriage. He feels sorry to have misunderstood Kavya and blamed her for aborting their baby. Adi meets Kavya and surprises her with a sweet apology. They have a huge confrontation. She tells him that he has no right to apologize to her. She adds that his gifts and apology can’t help her, because she has been bearing a punishment for the last three days, a mother who is blamed for her baby’s loss dies at the same moment and she is burdened with the blame.
She doesn’t want to forgive Adi. She tells him that she has no reason to forgive him and accept him back. She mentions the pain and agony she has gone through. She admits that she thought of calling him, but always stopped herself. She breaks down into his arms. Adi embraces her and tries hard to console her. He apologizes to her. Adi and Kavya are seen reconciling.

Kavya 10th September 2024 Written Update Adi confronts Kavya:
Kavya cries seeing the baby’s picture, while Adi walks off when he isn’t able to hold his emotions. The picture flies off. Vicky runs after the picture to get it back for Kavya. Kavya also runs outside. Vicky falls into the dirty mud and saves the picture. Adi watches Kavya and Vicky. Sanjeev tells that Vicky is taking special favors from Kavya. Adi doesn’t want Sanjeev to complain against Kavya. He says that he doesn’t want Kavya to lose her job. He adds that they will take advantage of the matter in some other way. Giriraj tells Seema that he can’t hide the truth from Adi.
She shows him the file of the medical scam and warns him against naming anyone. She asks him to get rid of his guilt. Kavya goes home and tells her family about Vicky and Adi’s reaction to the picture. Rajeev and Anjali have different opinions. Anjali wants Kavya to reconcile with Adi. Rajeev wants Kavya to move on with Vicky. He tells her that he is okay with her choice, he has accepted Vicky and he has no problem with him. He feels Vicky is a good person and Kavya should give him a chance. Kavya remembers Vicky’s words. Mayank also agrees that Vicky is a gentleman.
She records a speech to help Vicky in his campaign. She asks him to send her recorded speech to Vicky. Vicky gets her speech. She visits the election campaign event and is shocked to hear Adi giving her recorded speech. She wonders how Adi had replaced Vicky in the rally. Vicky recalls Adi meeting him and blackmailing him. Adi makes Vicky step back. Kavya confronts Vicky about letting Adi give the speech written by her. She asks if Adi has threatened him.
Vicky says that she might lose her job if she informs the authorities. Kavya comes across a man who injected the wrong medicine and caused her miscarriage. She identifies him and rushes after him. Malini goes to the washroom. The man shoots a guard and tries to get away. Kavya asks him to stop. She picks a gun to shoot him. The goon shoots at her. Malini is shot by mistake by either of them.
