GHKKPM 11th September 2024 Written Update. Today in Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Mein, Isha invites Sai, but Sai declines, mentioning that Bhagyashree will be making it for her. Isha observes Bhagyashree preparing modak quietly and asks Savi what is wrong with her. Savi warns Isha not to upset Bhagyashree as she is in a bad mood. However, Isha manages to provoke Bhagyashree and she returns to her usual feisty self before leaving with a smile. Meanwhile, Rajat rushes out to meet Kiya, paying no attention to Tara. Tara wonders how Rajat could ignore her on the day she is leaving for Canada. Aman enters the room and mentions that Rajat did not even notice him. Bhagyashree explains that Rajat is upset today.
Aman turns towards Tara and asks if she is going somewhere too. Tara reveals that she is moving to Canada to join her husband Jigar. As the family offers her Canadian dollars and offers to drop her at the airport, Tara becomes flustered and insists on going alone, leaving Savi suspicious of her intentions. Rajat arrives at Arsh’s house to see Kian but is stopped by guards. Arsh instructs them not to allow Rajat inside, citing court orders. Despite Rajat’s explanation that Kian wants to meet him, Arsh stands his ground and denies him entry. However, Ashika intervenes and grants Rajat access to Kian. Overcome with emotion, Rajat receives a file from Ashika and is asked to meet Kian and sign some paperwork.

As he walks towards Kian, he notices him playing a video game. Excitedly, Kian embraces Rajat and expresses how much he misses him. In response, Rajat reciprocates the sentiment and realizes it is merely a figment of his imagination. When Kian finally sees him, he greets him with detachment and requests for the paperwork to be signed. Rajat fondly recalls their days of playing cricket, but Kian explains that his interests have shifted. He now aspires to wealth and the luxurious games played by Arsh. He says that Arsh has taught him to play golf. He then requests Rajat to sign the necessary documents. Rajat appears shocked. Kian asks Rajat to just give the signed papers to him. He taunts that Rajat couldn’t give him anything till now. Rajat is in tears. He gets heartbroken hearing Kian’s words. Will he agree to Kian’s request? GHKKPM 11th September 2024 Written Update:
Rajat, filled with emotion, tells Kian how much he misses him. Concerned, he asks if everything is alright. Kian replies that everything is fine but then reveals that he has a request for Rajat. He asks Rajat if he will be able to give him something. This triggers a painful memory for Rajat, who recalls how he couldn’t provide for Kian in the past due to financial difficulties. Determined to make up for those times, Rajat confidently assures Kian that he will give him whatever he wants.
Kian then presents Rajat with some documents and asks him to sign them. Confused, Rajat asks what the documents are for. Kian explains that he wants to apply for a passport, but before that, he needs to change the name of his father on the document. Shockingly, Kian says that from this point onward, he wishes to be known as Kian Arsh Gujraal, not Kian Rajat Thakkar, signaling that he wants to adopt Arsh’s surname and erase Rajat’s from his identity.
Rajat, devastated, tries to remind Kian of the fond memories they shared in the past, attempting to reconnect with his son. He even tries to get physically closer, but Kian pushes him away, coldly reminding Rajat that the court judge had warned him to keep his distance. Kian tells him bluntly that he was never able to give him what he wanted before, and even now, Rajat won’t provide what he desires. He adds that he no longer wants a father like Rajat in his life. Crushed by Kian’s harsh words, Rajat finally signs the documents, accepting his son’s decision. He tries to speak further with Kian, but Kian, firm in his resolve, asks him to leave, and Rajat quietly walks away.
Later, back home, Rajat is still tormented by the earlier confrontation. He asks Kavita to make him some coffee, but Savi informs him that no one is home except her and Saisha. Savi offers to make the coffee for him, but Rajat declines, choosing to make it himself as if to reclaim some sense of control. However, their peaceful moment is interrupted when Saisha calls out in distress, saying the diya (lamp) is about to go out. Rajat and Savi rush to protect the flame, but in the process, Rajat burns his hand. Savi immediately places a cold compress on the burn, scolding him for his carelessness.
The burn, and Savi’s concern, bring back painful memories for Rajat of his past with Ashika and Kian. Unable to handle the emotional weight, he lashes out at Savi, telling her to stop caring for him. In his frustration, he reminds her that she only came into his life as Sai’s mother, not his caretaker. Savi is hurt by Rajat’s words, and Sai, scared by his anger, runs away. Savi reprimands Rajat for his outburst.
Later that night, Rajat finds himself at a bar, drowning his sorrows in alcohol. He reflects on Kian’s request to disown him so that Arsh could adopt him, and the pain of losing his son weighs heavily on his mind. He confides in the bartender, advising him to always tell his children that he loves them, or else, like in his case, they will leave when they grow up. When the bartender informs Rajat that it’s closing time, Rajat asks for more time, reluctant to leave. In his drunken state, he tries to open a bottle with his teeth, injuring himself in the process. Bloodied, Rajat worries the bartender, who quickly calls Savi to inform her that Rajat needs medical attention. Savi agrees to come immediately.
Savi arrives at the bar and takes Rajat to the hospital. The doctor examines Rajat and informs Savi that he will need stitches to stop the bleeding. As the medical team prepares for the procedure, Rajat refuses the anesthesia injection. In a bizarre turn of events, Savi makes a comment and accidentally causes a nitrous oxide (laughing gas) cylinder to leak, which affects both her and Rajat. The doctor returns to find the room filled with gas, quickly turns it off, and administers the injection to Rajat, informing him that the procedure will begin in 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, Aman and Mrunmayi discuss Rajat’s past as a talented drummer, noting how he helped them win several trophies. Aman brings up that Savi also led a group called the Gawachi Gang, known for never losing. Intrigued, Mrunmayi suggests that they organize a drumming competition between Rajat and Savi on Visarjan Day, believing it might help bring them closer together. Aman agrees, and the plan is set in motion.
Back at the hospital, Savi tries to comfort Rajat, who has become emotional in his unconscious state. He tearfully begs Kian not to leave him, asking who will call him “Dad” if Kian disowns him. Trying to soothe him, Savi reminds Rajat that Sai is his daughter and that she calls him “Dad.” However, in his deep emotional pain, Rajat responds bitterly, saying that Sai is not his daughter. His words reveal the deep sense of loss and rejection he feels, and the strain that Kian’s decision has placed on him emotionally.
