Zee TV’s hit show Kaise Mujhe Tum Mil Gaye is set to take a dramatic turn with intense twists on the horizon. The drama escalates when Virat finds Babita unconscious and blames himself, suspecting that Priyanka and Ishika may have attacked her. In his panic, he rushes to her aid and lays her down on the bed. Although they call a doctor, the bad weather delays the doctor’s arrival, forcing everyone to wait anxiously.
Meanwhile, Amruta grows suspicious of Babita’s involvement with Priyanka and Ishika. Her suspicions are confirmed when she finds a piece of Babita’s saree at the scene, suggesting Babita’s close connection with Virat. Babita, however, gains consciousness and plays the victim, lying to Virat to avoid suspicion. Amruta decides to hide the evidence from Virat for now, but Dildar uncovers the truth and confronts her.
As tensions rise, Virat asks his lawyer to ensure Priyanka and Ishika receive harsh punishment. Bebe informs Babita and the rest of the group that Anjali has spilled the beans on everything Priyanka and Ishika did to Babita. She urges Virat to take action and not let them get away with their actions. Virat assures Bebe that he will make sure Priyanka and Ishika face consequences for their actions. Amruta notices Virat’s exhaustion and suggests he eats something and takes some rest. Grateful, Virat thanks Amruta for saving him from a potentially dangerous situation. Dildar agrees with Virat’s sentiments. Amruta offers to prepare khichdi and soup for the evening before excusing herself.
Meanwhile, she starts brainstorming ways to expose Babita’s true intentions. Desperate to take action, she calls Jahan and arranges a meeting with Jayesh for assistance in her plan. On the street outside Jayesh’s house, Jahan and the apartment ladies chatter about Ishika’s imprisonment. Noticing them, Jayesh approaches Jahan for an explanation. In response, Jahan discloses that Ishika has been arrested for drugging Virat and attempting to coerce him into marrying Priyanka. Making a sardonic remark about Ishika, Jahan challenges Jayesh to intervene if he can. Soon after, Jahan and the ladies disperse, and Jayesh secures his home before making his way to the police station.
Virat informs Babita of his decision to charge Priyanka and Ishika with attempted murder. Amruta questions if Babita will not intervene and shares her thoughts on the matter. However, Babita remains quiet, prompting Amruta to remark to herself about her lack of regret. On the other hand, Ishika inquires why Priyanka has not revealed the existence of the recording to anyone. Priyanka clarifies that she had initially planned to use it against Babita after their marriage, but since that did not happen, she kept it hidden. The lawyer delivers unfortunate news to Priyanka and Ishika – they will not be granted bail.
Their shock leads them to inquire why, and the lawyer reveals that Virat has accused them of attempting to murder Babita, for she was discovered unconscious by the Ahuja family. This revelation causes Ishika to worry about Jayesh knowing the truth. To their surprise, Jayesh arrives and admits he is already aware of the situation. He scolds Ishika, but she insists on her innocence. In response, Jayesh makes a disparaging remark and exits. Meanwhile, Babita contemplates the possibility that if Priyanka and Ishika mention her involvement, she will claim they attacked her while her family serves as eyewitnesses to finding her in an unconscious state.
Priyanka calls Babita and insists that they cannot leave the situation unresolved. Despite Babita’s cold response, Priyanka reveals she has evidence of Babita drugging Virat’s coffee and warns her to get them out of jail in two hours. This news makes Babita uneasy and Amruta notices her distress. However, Babita dismisses it as concern for making the case against Priyanka airtight. Meanwhile, Virat interrupts to inform Amruta that Bhavani needs her for the Pooja. Amruta tries to stay with Babita, but Kavita reminds her that there are others in the house who can take care of Babita too. At this, Babita tells Virat to go with Amruta which makes Amruta doubt Babita’s intentions once again.
