Devika urges Teerth to focus on his relationship with Kritika rather than the accusations. When Geetanjali asks for clarity, Devika reveals that Teerth had agreed to marry Kritika, although she was hoping to share this news later. Teerth, however, remains adamant that Kritika should go to the police station with him. Devika challenges him to prove Kritika’s guilt, stating that if evidence proves her sister caused the accident, she won’t forgive her.
Meanwhile, Suman arrives at Purna’s house to collect money for Hema’s surgery, only to be confronted by Purna’s son, who had been pretending to be his mother on the phone. He tries to assault Suman, but she fights him off and escapes. Purna arrives just after the incident and is shocked by the scene. Suman rushes to the hospital and tells her family that she was unable to secure the money for Hema’s surgery. Teerth arrives and reassures her that the money is no longer an issue. However, Suman grows furious upon seeing Kritika.
Teerth explains that it was Kritika’s driver, not her, who caused the accident, and that both had fled in fear. Kritika apologizes to Suman, but the tension remains. Purna approaches Suman and asks her to sign an agreement, assuring her that she won’t cause any trouble. Teerth intervenes, advising Suman to read the agreement before signing it. Suman, feeling pressed for time, refuses, stating she knows whom to trust. She requests that Teerth help free her brother from political entanglements and then signs the agreement. After Suman leaves, Golu questions Purna’s actions, only to be beaten and forced to apologize to Suman. Purna reveals that she had removed the genuine document from the agreement and plans to ruin Suman’s life for what she perceives as a slight against her son.
Teerth promises Suman that he will ensure the responsible party is punished. In the following days, Teerth takes good care of Hema and her family, earning Suman’s silent admiration. Although she is impressed, she does not show it openly. Rishi suspects something is developing between Teerth and Suman.
After Hema is discharged from the hospital, Teerth insists that she travel in his car for comfort, despite Suman’s objections. Teerth advises Suman to sometimes be stern with her daughter to see positive changes. Suman leaves with her mother, who is visibly affected by the interaction.
Meanwhile, Reva and Devaki have a confrontation, with Reva attempting to slap Devaki. Geetanjali intervenes, defending her daughter and criticizing her parenting. Suman, misunderstanding the situation, confronts Teerth and creates a scene. Devaki stops Teerth from defending himself, and Suman reveals the truth about the misunderstanding. Suman’s frustration leads her to slap Kritika after a heated argument, further escalating tensions.
