Kavya suggests they follow the path where the bullet was shot, as they previously found Malini at the scene and suspect that the man involved has fled. Vicky proposes checking the CCTV footage, but Kavya doubts its usefulness, believing whoever orchestrated the incident anticipated this move. Nonetheless, Vicky insists on checking the footage, and they discover it has been deleted, complicating their effort to prove innocence.
Giriraj approaches Malini, threatening her with the ruin of his reputation if it becomes known that he was involved in a medical scam related to Seema. He gives Malini an ultimatum: save Adi’s love or destroy his own life. Giriraj’s desperation underscores his willingness to go to great lengths to protect his interests.

The guard reveals that he was bribed to stand in line by a vendor and that his wife suffered because of a hospital’s medicine-related mistake. Kavya learns from the guard that her baby was lost in the same hospital. This revelation deeply affects her, and she decides to seek justice. She finds out that 803 women lost their babies due to this medicine scam.
Kavya decides to pursue the ward boy to get more information. The ward boy contacts Seema’s PA, stating that he has been shot and needs help. The PA promises financial support and medical treatment. Giriraj orders Seema’s PA to kill the ward boy before he can expose anything and instructs vigilance as Kavya is also searching for him.
