Pukaar 13th September 2024 Written Update. Vedika feels sad when she overhears Saraswati announcing that it’s Jahnvi’s (Koel’s) turn to apply haldi. Sagar also looks visibly upset. Viaan asks for Sagar’s help and calls Vedika over. Mayuri, noticing Vedika leaving, decides to take revenge on her and trips her. However, Vedika accidentally falls on Sagar, and the haldi in his hand gets applied to her. This unexpected event shocks everyone present. Mayuri regrets her rash move, scolding herself for her misstep.
Koel arrives with Lolly and is horrified to see Sagar and Vedika in such a situation. She lashes out at Vedika, while Saraswati also reprimands her, accusing Vedika of trying to sabotage the event. Vedika pleads her innocence, insisting that it was unintentional, but Saraswati angrily warns her to stay away from Koel. Saraswati wipes the haldi off Vedika’s hand and suggests that she go wash off the remaining haldi, which Vedika does. Saraswati then reassures Koel that the incident was just an accident and moves forward with the ritual, making Sagar apply haldi to Koel’s hand. Rajeshwari, watching from the sidelines, happily comments to Digvijay that Saraswati’s anger towards Vedika is growing.
Later, Sagar meets Vedika privately. Vedika explains that the incident wasn’t her fault and that Mayuri pushed her. Sagar admits that he had once dreamed of performing these rituals with Vedika but now must do them with Koel. He urges Vedika to leave, expressing how deeply the situation affects him, and asks her not to attend his upcoming Sangeet ceremony. Vedika, though deeply hurt, insists she is not there for him and tries to remain unaffected by everything. Nevertheless, Sagar’s request leaves her feeling helpless.
That night, Saraswati applies haldi to Koel, who complains about Vedika’s presence during her haldi ceremony. Saraswati tries to reassure her, saying the incident doesn’t matter because Sagar willingly agreed to marry her, and soon Vedika will no longer be a part of their lives. However, Koel is still worried and asks Saraswati to prevent Vedika from attending any more pre-wedding rituals. Saraswati, however, refuses, as she can’t risk upsetting Koel. After Saraswati leaves, Koel voices her frustration, feeling misunderstood. Mayuri then enters, pointing out that Saraswati doesn’t fully understand because she is not Koel’s real mother, unlike herself. She encourages Koel not to worry, as she has plans to deal with Vedika.
At Vedika’s foster parents’ home, Vedika shares her distress over Sagar’s misunderstanding of her and his request that she stay away from the wedding. Her parents encourage her to attend the Sangeet ceremony despite everything, reminding her that she needs to protect Saraswati from her enemies. Meanwhile, Koel brings Sagar to the kitchen to cheer him up. She shares her dream of having a big family with him. Sagar confidently tells Koel that Vedika will not be attending any more of their pre-wedding rituals, which surprises her. At the same time, Vedika tells her foster parents that she will attend the Sangeet, determined to fulfill her duties.
In the precap, Viaan asks Sagar and Koel about Vedika’s whereabouts. Sagar assures him that she won’t be attending, but Vedika arrives, shocking both Sagar and Koel. Later, Vedika attempts to find a clue but is intercepted by both Rajeshwari and Mayuri.
