Today in Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Mein written update, Rajat reminisces on how Savi had given him back his life by confirming Sai as his daughter through the DNA test, so he feels the need to express his gratitude towards her. However, he is faced with the difficulty of finding the right words. He starts rehearsing in front of the mirror, trying to perfect his expression of thanks. Just as he is still pondering, Savi walks into the room, leaving him uncertain of how to convey his appreciation. Rajat approaches Savi, expressing a desire to speak with her.
Despite his gratitude, Savi brushes off his thanks and deems him insensitive for needing confirmation from a report to acknowledge Sai as his daughter. She accuses him of gloating over the situation and claiming victory. Rajat clarifies that he was misinformed by Arsh, who had claimed Sai was not related to him. Savi questions why he would trust Arsh’s words instead of following his intuition. She scolds him for causing pain to Sai with his doubts, attributing it to his inflated ego which blinded him from seeing how much he was hurting her.
Savi also remarks on the impact of the conflict between Rajat and Arsh on Sai’s well-being. Rajat attempts to halt Savi, explaining that he simply wishes to express his gratitude for her assistance. However, Savi brushes this off, insisting she doesn’t require his thanks and clarifying that her actions were solely for Sai’s well-being. She emphasizes that the only thing she desires is to see Sai smile, and Rajat has nothing to offer in return. Annoyed, Rajat pleads with Savi to cease lecturing him.
Savi labels him as self-centered and advises him to keep his apologies and expressions of gratitude to himself before walking away. Chitra suggests Ashika act as if she adores her children for the camera. Ashika declares her love for her kids and objects to Chitra’s snide remarks. A heated argument ensues, prompting Arsh to step in and break it up. He reminds them of their objective and assures Ashika that he is aware of her affection for the kids, urging her to convey it during the upcoming interview. Additionally, he invites Chitra to focus on her affairs.
As the interview commences, Chitra introduces Ashika as a dedicated mother. However, she also brings up the recent loss of custody of Ashika’s daughter and expresses sympathy. Curiosity strikes when Bhagyashree and Lucky unexpectedly arrive, causing an interruption. Bhagyashree proceeds to disrespect Ashika and Arsh becomes irate, questioning their presence in his home. He even goes as far as threatening to involve the authorities if they refuse to leave.
Bhagyashree challenges Ashika’s parenting skills, while Ashika desperately requests to end the camera recording. Refusing to let it stop, Bhagyashree tells Lucky to keep the camera rolling, and he complies. In front of the camera, Bhagyashree mocks Ashika for her claim that Rajat is not Sai’s father. Arsh steps in and forcefully tells Bhagyashree to leave. As she is pushed away, Rajat catches her and confronts Arsh for pushing his mother. In response, Arsh tauntingly threatens to reveal the truth about Rajat. However, undeterred, Rajat confidently presents the DNA report and challenges Arsh to read it. When Arsh refuses, Rajat takes matters into his own hands and reads it aloud, cleverly shutting down any further remarks from Arsh.
